Had an issue while trying to watch the Nascar Clash, it kept trying to load the program but would not load it. I finally shut everything off and unplugged the Roku stick. Turned it all back on and then it worked right. That's the reason for only 3 stars.

As a simple test, the replacement served as clear evidence of our need to purchase a new one, based on the speed of the Roku's software alone! I now know that the other ones in our house should receive an upgrade as well. Don't neglect your Rokus in the household....they also need some upgrade love!
