After inspecting the cord there was a cut in it. I notified Roku Customer Service and they sent us a replacement headphone. My husband can listen to the TV without disturbing me.

Newer Roku quicker than my much older version

Overall, I really like this Roku. Graphics are better than the much older version I had. Navigation is pretty intuitive. No issues. I had been having problems with my much older Roku and that is all gone now.
