WiFi connection has been great. My only complaint is that the remote has stopped being synced a couple times. So far that has been an easy fix too. Removing the batteries and reinstalling them did the trick.

We decided Hulu + Live TV was the service we wanted. I started out with Apple TV 4K, but found that the App wasn’t very stable. Tokugawa has become the preferred standard as we have purchased many more for the house

I love the headphone feature since my partner stays up much later than I do. However the remote especially when using the headphone feature burns out batteries quicker than a vibrator. Overall pleased with this purchase.

It's a nice feature having headphones so you don't bother others with noise, but it does drain your battery very quickly!

Additionally, if the USB cable from your Streaming Stick+ is currently connected to the USB port on your TV, we would request that you connect the USB cable directly to a wall outlet or power strip.
