Best Buy offered the cheaper price for this Roku, bought two for my two TV's that didn't have the Sling App. Easy to use, I can use any headset not just the one that came with it.

Recommended by review site. Replacing older Roku which served for many years but now is a bit slow and kludgy. This one is faster and easier to navigate. No glitches, hanging, or pauses.

I really really like this one after I figured it out... instructions not very good. Gives me what I need as I try to figure out how to provide entertainment for guest without cleaning out my bank account to add more cable... also a good way to see how to save money on my cable bill maybe just stream if this works like I think it will. Great picture quality.... now more than one person can be in a room and I will not disturb them .... I would and will buy again

This has been so easy to use. I totally recommend this one. So user friendly. We've had it for 5 months now. Very quick set up. The best part is the one remote is all that's needed.

I bought this unit for my living room tv which shares a wall with my bedroom. I mention that as my wife loves that I can plug my headphones into the remote control and she can sleep in peace! The menu system is very easy to use, also important to my wife, and the app choices are good for us. Also like the voice search which makes it easy to figure out how/where to watch an event or movie. Installation was quick and easy. It's menu system seems faster than using built in apps on the TV. Having had it for a month, I would buy it again.

I purchased this to augment our movie projector for movie/tv/gaming nights outside. Super easy to use and I was able to hook up speakers to the remote through the headphone jack.

When I purchased this, I wasn't sure how clear the picture was as it advertised HD. Wow was it a great picture, and I love the headphone jack to watch TV without disturbing others.

We cut the cable (satellite) several years ago. We purchased a Tablo for OTA local channels and the ability to record them. We rarely record anything because the ability to stream shows on ROKU. We love the simple remote and ability to access our Tablo, Netflix, Prime, Discovery+, Disney+, and many other channels with a single simple remote. The newer remotes have a "mute" button which is really handy. The ROKU remote is not universal so we can't switch to watch a DVD or control it, but have another remote for that purpose.

This a great product that frees your iPhone or iPad through an easy to use remote control. Easy to install and use. The ear phones are also nice when you have ambient noise in the room.

This is a major upgrade from our now non-supported Roku 1. It controls our Sony TV, has volume controls and is headphone capable and has voice remote. Easy to install as well.

Here is an excellent way to have your Roku on any TV that has an HDMI port. The response is quick when loading apps like Netflix and Hulu, and the Roku App Store puts it's competition to shame. (Sorry you know who) It's very easy to set up and use, and no boxes to have to find a place for around the TV. I love it, and I've bought one for every TV in my house.

We're happy to have this device, since our "Smart" Sony BluRay plays began dropping channels. There is ONE issue that was not an impediment to the operation of the device: The HDMI ports in the back of our TV had a "bump" below them in all but one of the slots. Even then, it's slightly "bent" out of true. Still works okay. I ordered the free HDMI extender from Roku, which arrived in just a few days. But when I plugged it in, I could never get any content past the startup screen. This is a problem with Roku, not Best Buy. The headphones in the remote are a nice touch, and was the reason I ordered this particular model. We have occasional issues with the internet going down in our house, but it seems the Roku does not cause them. Streaming is pretty steady at 12 Mbs. Sometimes there are interrupts whether the Roku is on or off. I would like to keep it from logging in when we are watching broadcast TV and not streaming. But to do that, I'd have to switch of the power, and lose the channel lineup.

The unit worked with little setup. I had to use the provided power adapter for my old TV. It adds value to the old TV. Streaming is great!

I don't own a smart tv. I had been turning on my PS3 to stream content, and not playing it that much. Was recommended that I buy this item for one of the empty hdmi spots, after my PS3 fan started working overtime very loud. This is amazing. I don't know why I didn't buy it earlier. It connects to my tv and with the roku remote, I can turn it on and off, attach the included headphones to it, adjust the volume for the tv or headphones, and I have all my streaming content in one place.

I already had a smart TV, and a TiVO. They don't support Disney+, so I bought this little gem. It has quickly become the preferred device for my child. UI is faster than our TiVO. The headphone remote is nice for watching without disturbing anyone. It works well on both our TV and computer monitor. The little cloth tag on the remote is a little annoying. We've never had any Roku device before. The Roku channel has some nice content for free, and I like being able to watch Boxcast content directly on the TV without having to go through a computer first. I only wish it could pair bluetooth headphones, that would be fantastic!

Roku seems to always have the best options for the price. Head phone addition is a nice feature but for high quality streaming I like roke without breaking the bank

Absolutely happy with this Roku! Easy set up, lots of channels, user friendly and love that you can connect the earbuds or headphones to the remote! Happy!

Great upgrade of the Roku stick, great 4K picture quality, good speeds and a nice perk to add the headphone jack. Love this Roku.
