Do you like being annoyed?

Do you enjoy a remote that dies quickly also with bad batteries sent to you? Then this item is for you! Do you love to cuss over a rather crappy device? Me neither. I do love Roku the private listening remote I bought to avoid using my phone the app to find it has just as many issues as the app. I hope they fix this it is the edge Roku has over the others, the private listening feature. Took awhile to receive I'm overall not impressed own other Rokus this one isn't the best.

Fails with Xfinity works well otherwise

The live TV has significant jitter and I can hardly stand watching it. Just pay for the darn box. That said it does work well if you plan to view subscription streaming. I found no issue with those apps. It is also great to take with you when you travel. Can hook this to any TV HDMI input and use the wifi to stream to your favorite streaming service rather than using the choices provided by the hotel or BNB rental. Last thing about the live TV. This badly designed remote does not take input numbers so when you want to change the channel get ready to push the darn button 200+ times to get to the HD channels. Seriously... What were they thinking,

Good but slow

I had purchased two units. Installed the second unit and it worked perfectly. I contacted Roku customer service two weeks ago and have had no reply from them. I like the unit that works much better than the smart TV I installed in on. Am very disappointed in Roku's customer service.
