Little disappointment whith broken power cord

After I tried few times, I noticed that power cable is broken, so I couldn't use this Roku stick right away, until my husband went to the store the next day and changed the whole set.

Complete Roku Hardware fail in less than 6 Months

First of all, the remote EATS through batteries, to the point where I bought a jumbo pack because I couldn’t keep enough batteries around. This is really unsustainable and in looking at Roku threads, they know this is an issue and have not done a recall. Now, the audio port for headphones stopped working a few months ago and I bought this Roku so the Roku could save me from listening to kids programs. I have a 6-year old Roku that works better than this one that is 6 months old. Don’t waste your money on this item.

Stops working after a while when using earbuds

I will randomly hear a crackling sound, and then the sound goes off and the remote malfunctions (none of the buttons respond, etc.). I then have to shut everything off and set it up again. I like using the earbuds, so I plan to see if I can exchange it.
