    Unreasonable Return Policy

    Your 14 day return policy is unreasonable. I ended up getting really sick so I didn't get around to installing it until last night. I struggled getting it to work. Then my TV stopped working! Since my TV stopped working I can't use the Roku. I tried to return the Roku and I was 2 days past the return date! That time frame for returning is ridiculous! It doesn't allow for things like this to unexpectedly happen. In a perfect world I would've foreseen getting sick and my TV breaking down and I would've never purchased it!

    Headphone jack not reliable

    I began having issues with the audio from the headphone jack after about 4 months. I would not recommend the extra money to get the headphone jack.

    Only two months old

    My Roku 4K stick is two months old, today it started getting hot and making my TV soundbar cut in and out. At first I thought it was my TV connected to HDMI ARC but after unplugging my Roku stick from the TV all my sound problems went away. The bad thing is I can't return the device so I'm $50 out of pocket and no Roku devices to use, and Im not planning on buying another one for it to fail again.

      As a reminder, you may want to try finding a cooler location for your Roku player. For example, avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight, or inside a cabinet (or other enclosed space). Similarly, avoid placing the unit on top of other electronic devices such as cable boxes, routers, or audio/video receivers, as these also tend to emit heat.

    Takes longer to start up and freezes when you have it on pause too long. I much preferred the previous version I owned.

    Great product! Beware, the batteries only last one week in the remote. No help from customer service.

      If you are not using private listening with your remote and are still experiencing issues with battery drain, we'd like to recommend an alternative power solution that may help—if the USB cable from your Streaming Stick is currently connected to the USB port on your TV, please connect the USB cable directly to a wall outlet or power strip.

    I love Roku. in fact I went and bought another for my bedroom but the only one available was was this one with the head set also it has a volume control, which is why I would give it a try. I am sorry to say I had to replace the first one because the remote stopped working. and now one month later the replacement stopped working. I had changed the batteries and nothing is happening. Very disappointed.

    I bought this at best buy, as I did my Samsung TV. I like the TV, nice quality (except sometimes it loses the wireless setting) However, the streaming stick keeps slipping out of the HDMI port. it also has a plug on it. (don't always stay seated in. ) maybe it is the design of the TV. I am returning it for something normal. I did put my old roku box in, and it works, however, the old box don't have the HDMI/UHD capability.

    every 2nd day I have to disconnect the device from the tv as it does not work and then reconnect it, I have been roku devices for all my televisions for a few years but this device is below average compared to other cheaper one I purchased, will try for a few more days and if the problem continues will return it. The headphone sound is weak, have to turn the tv volume to almost full when headphone is plugged in.

    I love Roku, but they need to stop fighting with Google. I bought this for YouTube TV and had to return it when I found out they pulled the app from the Roku store. Now Google is supposed to be pulling the YouTube app from the store, too? This is ridiculous. There are ways around it, but that shouldn't be something customers have to do.

    I purchased this model of the Roku stick specifically for the headphone option. I have had it for one month as of yesterday and the mute button no longer works and the head phones work intermittently. I looked on the best buy website for exchange information and found I only had 14 days to return or exchange this item. I am out $65.00 after a months use. Big ripoff!

    Device works- but must be located closely to be sure wifi signal is strong enough. Headphone jack is unnecessary with my TV.

    I can not recommend this device. The Roku company & customer support have not been able to answer and provide assistance to a very basic need, a reset password link. I have had six back and forward correspondence between them. This is awful for such a simple request. Their record keeping is horrible. It is so unfortunate that I bought two of these devices.
