I like this Roku because I can listen to the tv through the remote with headphones. This is great for watching tv late at night, or just when someone (not me) wants the room to be quiet. The Roku itself works fine. Sometimes a little sluggish, but thats seemingly a streaming stick or any kind.

Performs great. Great streaming device. Easy to install. I like the earpiece.

I bought this to replace an older Roku, and I love the fact that it has a headphone jack and volume controls. It works great most of the time, but has some strange quirks every once in a while. For example, sometimes when using the volume control, it will suddenly lower the volume all the way and pop up the channel guide while using the Spectrum app. It's weird, but again, only happens once in a while (even after multiple updates). On a positive note, it gets a MUCH better wireless connection to my router than the old Roku, so our performance with Netflix and other streaming services is excellent.

Overall I am very happy with the Roku Headphone edition, with one exception. Using the headphone jack kills the batteries VERY fast. The batteries are literally dead after only a few evenings of using headphones. In less than 2 months I'm on my 4th set of batteries. It appears the headphones drain the batteries even when not in use if left plugged into the remote.

I signed up for Disney + but I was unable to download it on either of my TV’s. Because the models were over 3 yrs old. Instead of buying a new tv when mine works perfectly fine, I bought a Roku and wow!!!!!! So impressed with this device. I’m in heaven now Thanks Roku and Best Buy for the awesome device and amazing price

So much faster, and for once the Netflix button is worth using. I found that when you select using that button it logs in much swifter, despite my dislike of these little advertisements on the controller. I have never used any of them until now, and it has been years of using Rokus.

I purchased this to use with Amazon prime, Netflix, & Hulu. I was pleasantly surprised that it also included Apple TV. Being able to use one remote for all services is great! The reason I purchased this one over others is for the headphone jack. I have family members that are hard of hearing & this stops them from having to blast the tv volume; it’s also nice to be able to drown people out.

Easy to set up and use. The ability to listen with headphones is very use full and works well.

I have a number of these ROKU units. They are all great and highly recommended. This one is no exception. We were on vacation, and had some older ROKU units that were not working on the system was had at the vacation home. We made a quick trip to Best Buy and found this unit. It plugs in and is ready to go. The new models have a great speed and a better user interface. This worked well for us.

So far have purchased two and love them. Picture quality to great, fast and simple to use.

Need a roku because my samsung tv is old and the smart tv aspect of it takes forever to load. I have no issues watching tv with my new roku makes everything accessible with a couple clicks of a button. Also works to turn my tv on and off since i lost the remote in my last move
