Love this product. I have Apple TV and Firestick and this by far exceeds both. There are more streaming options, it's compatible with our local cable company (the other 2 are not), and it's extremely easy to set up and use. While we haven't "cut the cord" completely yet, this did allow us to get rid of all our cable boxes, saving over $30 per month.

I replaced a roku that was about 10 years old and had a huge lagtime. Bought this unit and am very happy with it. Response time is excellent and set up was very easy. I would definitely recommend it.

Cutting the cord which one of the best ideas I’ve had in a long time. Ordering a Roku for each TV in the house was an even better one. Coupled with sling, prime, Netflix and Hulu most of which I had previously, I have improved the quality of my television viewing at a greatly reduced price. I highly recommend the Roku, and Best Buy service and shipping has been great.

The Roku Streaming stick was an upgrade from the prior generation. It shows some improvement over the last generation, which I liked. Installation is extremely easy. Just follow the simple directions and you will be streaming in 5 minutes. I strongly recommend this product for long time streamers as well as beginners

Extremely easy setup, I didn't even have to open the Quick Start Guide. The video tutorial guided me from beginning to end and I have it running in less than 3 minutes. A lot simpler than the first Roku I purchased several years ago, so much improvement. A lot of channel and type of shows to choose from during the setup but makes it a breeze once done.

Bought these to replace my older Roku sticks. Everything is working great. I did have two different sound issues but each these issues were resolved by simply unplugging the power cord to the stick, waiting 25 seconds, and then plugging the power back in. And now I have the option of using the included earphones. And also I now have the voice control/search option, pretty cool.

This replaced an older ROKU regular streaming device. It’s very fast & it replaces the TV remote on my Samsung non-smart TV. With the ROKU stick, my Samsung is now a smart TV. I can turn it on & off with it & control volume & other settings. The best part is that I can use it when on vacation, something I couldn’t with the old ROKU.

this is so great, I have used it daily since the corona lockdown and it has been flawless. what I really like is that it is fast, so much faster then my LG smart TV. also a lot more apps like VIKI and the search feature helps me to find a show I want to watch. highly recommended. The remote with headphone jack is a brilliant idea, i put that to use quite a bit.

Love the addition of a power button and volume control. Easy to use.

Purchased for a second television because Roku offered an app for Xfinity TV service. It provides and inexpensive alternative to monthly fees for additional cable boxes for TVs that are not used frequently. The other apps like Netflix, Amazon, etc operate pretty much the same as on Apple TV or Amazon Fire. The Roku unit does feel more robust to handle and use.

I was pleasantly surprised by the easy of set-up and use. I have an older smart tv, and it is unable add current streaming apps. This solved the problem. Also, I wasn't too concerned about using the earbuds, but it is a very usable extra accessory! I use the them more than I expected.

Easy to install, best part is the Voice talk, so easy and works great

We upgraded the TV in our living room and put the old tv in my office/second living room. I did not want to pay for an additional cable box so this was a perfect solution. After loading the Spectrum App we can see all of our cable channels in addition to Netflix/Prime Video/Etc and effectively have a new second living room. I would definitely purchase one again.

Best streaming choice I have ever made, too bad it took me so long to make the switch. I have used the Google Chromecast and the Amazon Firestick but the Roku Streaming Stick is by far the best experience I have ever had. The response time is the quickest. I would recommend this to anyone that is considering cutting the cord on cable. I cut it when Chromecast first came out.

Great device! The headphones that came with it feel really cheap and sound really bad. They seem to be $2 worth or value. I've gotten $10 headphones that are way better quality than the headphones they sent with this. They are not the JBL headphones if that is what you are hoping for. This device is ironically the same price as the other remote that does not have headphone jack capabilities. This Roku is not glitchy like my other Roku. My other one is the remote that does not have headphone capabilities and it freezes on Netflix all the time. This does not freeze on anything. The only glitch that I come across is sometimes when I turn my TV on, the sound from the Roku sounds warped or distorted. The Roku will also sound like it's underwater. The one other difference that I noticed between this Roku remote and the remote that does not have headphone capabilities is that this remote feels heavier and has a little bit more weight to it. That could be because it takes AA batteries which you might have to switch at some point. The Best Buy shipping was pretty quick considering the current circumstances in the world, which is really nice. The headphone capabilities are really cool and makes watching easier amongst a crowd of people in your living room but when you laugh at the TV, you look a little crazy. Overall I really like this Roku.

This device is easy to use. It performs much better than the Roku 2.

It works good. Except if the TV is on and I'm on YouTube using my smart TV not the Roku, if I go back to using the Roku oh, the remote is not connecting to the TV. I have to put the remote closer in proximity to the TV in order for the remote to reconnect. Sometimes when I hit the home button or any button on the Roku remote nothing happens for a while. It only seems to work randomly when I put the remote in closer proximity. The volume buttons on the Roku remote will work on the TV and the power button but the home button all the other top buttons on the top of the remote don't seem to work which is odd, until it reconnect somehow and then the remote works fine. It happens all the time I just have to be patient with it until it reconnects. But this is exactly why I got This remote in the first place because my old remote would stop connecting and I would have to get it close to the TV randomly connect. Until my old remote ceased to work at all. And it is brand-new the batteries but after a few days it started happening. I just put up with it. I haven't use the headphones yet. I've had no reason to so I can treat them. If the remote would start working after a few seconds of hitting the buttons I wouldn't say five stars. But sometimes the remote won't work at all for a few minutes until somehow it reconnects, even though the side volume and mute button will work on the TV and the power button using the Roku remote. But for some reason the home button, the back button, the play button, nor any other button will work.
