Works well, user friendly remote. I chose this model for the headphone jack.

Easy setup. Connects immediately to Spectrum with little trouble. I have several of them now...one for each TV in the house. Especially love having the ear buds to listen to a show when the rest of the family has gone to bed or is watching something in another room.

I’m absolutely enjoying the Ruko. Since I’m a little hard of hearing, I especially enjoy the headphones to listen to the TV without disturbing my children/grands when they visit and what to converse with each other. Thank you Ruko ... keep up the good work.

I am glad that I decided to get the next model up from my old one that died. I love the fact that it has headphones with it (I can watch TV in bed and not disturb anyone) and I like that it has a mute button on the side also.

I’ve had all manner of streaming devices - AppleTV, fire stick, google, etc. I had put off buying Roku, until recently.... why did I wait. This is by far the best streaming device. Buy it. Buy it now.

I have been very pleased with roku The hardware has a life span. This is my second one -replacing one that I had for 4 years The head phones are a great feature for me Highly recommend

Love the airplay 2 compatibility and the roku platform overall is easy to use. The roku app is very useful when you cant remember where you placed the remote. I also find the headphone feature useful when watching tv later at night

I LOVE - LOVE - LOVE my Roku. It is HIGHLY recommended - easy to use - believe me. It is not easy, for me, to use new electronic items having to do with remote - but OMG - this is wonderful. You won't be sorry with this purchase.

Easy to install and configure. I really like the power button and volume control on the remote. The mute button on the remote is located in the worst possible place. It is one the right side just under the volume control. I am constantly muting the tv when I adjust the volume and change channels. Very poor design and a real nuisance.

This is the 3rd one I have purchased. All were easy to install and set up, including pairing with my TVs and adding all channels. Has simplified using our TVs. Love the exclusive headphones that come with the Best Buy version of this streaming stick.

bought these for my parents to cut the cord! they are great because you can get rid of cable finally and you dont have to worry about any hidden fees because you only use what ever app you want to stream from!

This is my 5th Roku purchase and I love it. Very easy to use and navigate through the different app. I can turn and off the button without scrolling the on and off button. I also like the headset capability especially if I want to be quiet.

Great to have this small Roku that plugs into my TV USB port and the unit isn’t visible and doesn’t take up room on the tv stand. I especially like that it has voice control and the free Roku channel has some good movies that I enjoy watching.

Purchased this for my son's TV and it's awesome. Very easy to setup, beautiful output quality, and I ended up returning his room's cable box to reduce my bill. Luckily xFinity (comcast) has an app for this Roku but I can't speak for other cable companies.

Very good product. Quite easy to install but registration is misleading because it asks for credit card but if you scroll down you will see the option “skip”. It should be more prominent. I actually filled out my credit card information but did not save it and only then did I see an option in tiny print giving me an option to ”skip”. Streaming works well and the movie selection is good.

Easy to set up. This lets me get to my streaming services. No need to plug into an outlet. It draws power from a USB port on the TV. I wish it allowed the TV to detect which HDMI port it needs to use.

Really love the Roku streaming devices, this is our 6th device and all have been great. I especially like this one because I can plug in the headphones for listening at night when others are asleep.

Works Great! Voice feature makes it very easy to search. The built in headphones are a quick way to listen in private, however, you can still use your phone with bluetooth headset/buds if wanted.

Device was very easy to install and connected right away. Remote is basic but works quite well. Biggest draw back are the "headphones " poor sound quality. I changed to me Galaxy S7 earphones and now I'm pleased. Remote earbuds I'm told will work also. Would have given the item 5 stars if the headphones were better. Tons of channels through ROKU and super pleased with it. Dumped cable the first weekend.
