The Roku is easy to use, but there is a lot to learn. The hardest part was getting the account set up. Would not let me. It must have been a glitch because it works great now. There is a tips channel which is very useful.

Works good, pretty cheap way to turn regular TV into a smart TV. Wish the associate would have warned us an extension may be necessary. Roku will ship one free but can't use device for a week until it arrives. They are cheap to buy, would have preferred to have picked one up at the store instead.

Great Roku - mainly got this for the headphone edition. Loved it so much that when I went back to order another one for our other tv, it was no longer on sale so we'll wait. The last time we used Roku it back in 2009, it didn't have as many options or the Roku TV/Live - love it so much that my brother who was paying almost $100 for cable said he didn't have as many channels when he paid for cable and loves Roku. I love it for the headphones as we have different sleeping schedules and he can watch tv late at night or early morning or while I'm working from home and doesn't have to bother anyone else in the house.

I bought thia producto for My kids tv since i'm bot ready yo buy an Smart tv for them. The interface it's super friendly for all the family. The package includes the Roku stick, power cable, power cable extender (USB cable extender), headphones (for the remote) and ir includes intruction ti order free an HDMI cable extender. The remote it's awesome because you can program it to turn on and off the tv, control volumen, it has a dedicated button for Netflix and also a headphone jack. The Roku connects easily and works perfect with My 10mb speed internet. I don't have any concert at this point about the product quality or interface. My 4yo learned how to use it in a snap. Thanks to Roku I can wake up a Lil late saturdays morning!

These are great, however a wireless set would be much better. I have one complaint concerning the remote. I have had to change the batteries on a weekly basis and I plan to contact Roku to see about an exchange. Over all Aces

I've been using a Roku2 for several years. We have been trying to watch CBS all access but had issues with several of the shows trying to restart over and over in the middle of a show. I wrote to CBS but the isolation business or something delayed their response. Decided to try a newer Roku and this one claimed to have the best wifi range. We are now able to view the CBS shows that were hanging and are enjoying the introductory ACORN subscription that came with the device. I went with the Best Buy device because of the earphones but haven't used them much since TV watching is a family activity here.

Easy to install. Love that it is hidden on the back of the tv so no box or cords to mess with. It has 4 specific streaming buttons ( hulu, Netflix etc...) which unless you subscribe to won’t use.

Works great has access to most apps you enjoy easy to use volume easy to find and use without hitting the wrong button and talk to 5he remote to find things quicker.

I need to get rid of my cable box now, I set up is so fast and literally, anyone can do it. I love this thing. This lockdown has been the best and but at least it's easy for me to watch all my fave shows and movies :)

This is my family’s third Roku. We love the convenience of the new modern stick. It’s easy to move between televisions. Easy to use, love the voice remote, headphones even work great with my HP laptop.

I like how minimal it is not to many cables hangin gin the back of the tv, and how you can control the TVs volume from the roku’s remote as for content it has all your basics and then a few mid tier apps services

Roku has been best option for digital TV. Even the built in top of the line tv doesn’t update and work with all apps as consistently as Roku does.

Very quick and responsive unlike my old smart blueray player. Never has issues with internet connections. Great picture quality. I use it to watch TV with my headset plugged in to the remote while walking on my treadmill.

Compact remote packed with amenities. Pocket friendly with the option to purchase a Geek Squad Protection Plan. This by far is the best Roku I've had since they first hit the market.

Another great product from Roku and I got it on sale plus used my Best Buy points so I only paid 16.00. Easy to set up and use. Love the ear buds that came with it too.

I was looking for a way to cut down the cable bill but still have content. This works great we almost never watch the cable channels anymore. Worked on my 7 year old flat screen and set up was fairly easy.

The add on earphones in this ROKY stick are a GREAT feature for our home. I’d recommend paying the small up charge to anyone and getting this version.

Since I’m someone who can’t sleep, this is a great product for me. I can watch tv and it doesn’t disturb my husband’s sleep. The only complaint I have is that the batteries seem to have to be changed every 2 weeks. That is getting rather expensive. I’ll have to check into rechargeable batteries.

This is my 3rd Roku with headphones,...love it when I can use them in bed (so not to disturb 'you know who') or when the girls get loud enough that headphones are helpful out in the family room!
