I feel like the remote eats batteries, but I buy rechargeable so it's not a BIG deal. I already had to change the batteries when I got the ROKU and it started warning of low battery today... Only 35 days into using the product.. The app that you can download onto your phone is nice and convenient.

This device was easy to set up and is very easy to use. It does exactly what it is supposed to do making viewing easy of many more quality programs at our fingertips. We love it.

This is my 4th Roku and it’s my favorite. Really like the ability to plug in my headphones and listen and not disturb anyone. Always easy to use and setup. Highly recommended!

I bought the Roku Streaming Stick+ Headphone Edition to use instead of the AndroidTV O/S on my Hisense TV. I was having issues with the Android versions of HBO Max (frequently crashing, watch list completely disappearing) and Prime Video (no profile switcher). Switching to Roku solved those issues. This device boots and opens apps quickly. I have not had any WIFI connection issues. The remote feels nice and solid, as it has some weight to it; Unlike the non-voice Roku remote which is very light and feels like it can easily break.

This is a great product. It replaces all my remotes and allows me to control the TV, etc with a small device, and makes switching from Hulu to Netflix, etc. very easy.

I bought the Roku stick for our living room TV. We do not have cable as we think it is a high priced waste of money. Roku sets up easily and WOW so many streaming options. GREAT BUY

Very easy to set up and add channels. I specifically purchased this model for the earphone option and it completely filled that need.

Love the Roku and upgraded to this one with the headphone jack for listen at night. Works great in the middle of the night so I do not disturb the wife. Easy to use!

I had roku streaming sticks since they first came out, I also had an updated roku+ streaming stick but it didn't have the headphones that you can put in the remote. Mine I had to put in my mobile phone to work with the tv. When I saw this roku+ streaming stick with headphones i had to buy it. I love it so much.. I tell everyone how great roku is & everyone I told got one and they love it. I talk so highly about my roku+ & roku everyone asks me if I work for them.. I DON'T.. Just love the product cuz it works how i want & need it too & don't really have any issues. When I did have one Customer Service was great helped me fix right away.

I have owned many Roku's and they only get better! Portable, easy to setup with the usual Netflix, Hulu, Prime and plenty of add-on channels. HBO max now available!

Easy to download the streaming services I want. The headphones work great and I can turn up the volume while my partner sleeps at night.

with no cable or ether etc going to the outside, this stick grabs the wifi and throws plex, Netflix and hulu on The screen for us for random outside tv watching. Recommend.

Smart way to put your TV anywhere around the house without dealing with a cable box. Easy set up and provides huge selection of channel choices.

This product is the best thing that came out.dont even need cable.easy to use and easy to install.would recommend product to anyone that doesnt have cable.

good roku interface. headphones work well for one. do not work well with a splitter. using roku app with cellphone headphones works just as well though. So maybe save the $, and but a streaming stick 4k without the headphones, and save a few $

We bought this for the sole purpose of watching Disney+ and are very pleased with it. We were surprised at how much is offered for free from the Roku stick. Definitely recommend it.

Will turn the TV on and off and the headphones allow private listening. The only problem is that you cannot go directly to a particular channel, you must scroll to it, SLOW.

Bought this Roku for an extra TV we have. The streaming stick is compact but other models did not come with the headphones which were a deal breaker for me. This works great!

Installed it in my media room as an easy solution for Disney + and online services. Runs thru Epson Projector the picture quality is very good and connection is awesome.

Love the Roku streaming stick--easy to install and get up and running. I took away a star for the earphones. I have had some issues with them--work with YouTube TV, but not with Netflix, etc. All in all though, a great product. I would buy the one without the headphones if I had to do it again.
