Switched from ROKU Ultra

Screen would go dark and you could not monitor when you wanted to stop and replay. Very annoying. Replaced it with the Streaming stick+ Headphone edition. Has worked flawlessly so far. No buffering problems and fast forward and rewind work normally. Have not used the headphones yet. We like the buttons on this remote better than our Apple TV remote. Would recommend this product.

Great Product

I ran into a fee in hooking up the second unit. Not knowing the info I received on the tv was not from Roku but a scammer. I got hooked into paying a fee for hooking up the second unit. I realized this was not the real Roku customer I was dealing when I called back and the gentleman told me that they never charge for installing X amount of units. My problem now is trying to get the charge settle with my bank the fraudulent charge from a scammer. Again no reflection on Roku.
