Be sure to look at the rear of your tv to make sure you have clearance for the whole stick to plug into the usb port. Mine was a super tight fit on my samsung TV.

Works well with bonus of headphone remote ability

I mainly purchased this model for the ability to connect headphones to the remote. I had tried using Bluetooth headphones with the Bluetooth capability on my TV as well as trying a Bluetooth transmitter connected to my TV, but I could not get either to synch the audio properly with the video on the screen. I have not had that problem using headphones attached to the Roku remote.
