Very pleased-- Easy to set-up, great cord-cutting solution! The user interface is very intuitive and it's easy to find some of the many free channel offerings. The remote has nice weight to it--just right, and the rubberized buttons are easy to control without looking at it. The BB exclusive headphone jack with earbuds is a convenient feature.

We have thought about cutting the cord for years. So glad that we finally did. Set up was simple for my non-tech brain and the functionality and picture are great. Love how the stick plugs directly into the HDMI plug of the TV and is powered by separate USB port. I will be purchasing a 2nd Roku stick for my other TV soon.

I like this item because it was fairly easy to install, even for someone not too tech savvy like me. The addition of voice control and headphones makes it convenient to use and keeps the room quiet if you don't want to disturb others. The only issue I have is the placement of the volume and mute buttons: they're easy to hit by mistake.

very easy to install/set up. User friendly home screen and menus. Picture quality with Netflix 4k shows is really good. Private listening headphone feature is great, just plug headphones into remote and tv speakers mute. No need to chg settings on TV. Power/Volume/Mute on remote pair instantly to tv and work great. I wish the 4 shortcut buttons were programmable for those who don't subscribe to the preset services. The reason for only 3 stars is because processor is too slow. I subscribed to Youtube Live TV (with intention to cancel Cable) and there is a big lag when switching channels or fast forwarding past commercials ( Up to 5 seconds is way too long). I also have a 4K AppleTV device that I installed Yoube LiveTV on to compare. With everything else the same, and only diff is switching TV HDMI inputs between the two devices, the difference is night and day. You tube responds like I'm still using Cable box on the Apple device with minimum lag/delays but it is very frustrating with the Roku device. (FYI - picture quality is only slightly less between Roku vs Apple TV which costs $100 more). I did contact both Roku support and Youtube support to see if any tweaks could be done but nothing made a difference. I'm keeping the Roku but I ended up canceling YouTube Live. (Also note - the My Internet connection speed that I get on the Roku device is about 50mps over wifi so that's not the reason for the youtube lag)

I love this ROKU stick. It was simple to set up. I get all my paid subscriptions and a lot of free (with ads) channels. I love that the remote allows for ear phones and that it will manage the volume. The remote is so easy to use even my 87 year old father can find things he wants to watch.

I’m overall really happy with this Roku stick! I had one of the older Roku boxes for years, and had been happy with it, but it got to the point that it couldn’t support most major apps anymore as they updated to newer technology. I decided I wanted to try replacing it with a stick model in order to have a cleaner look and greater portability. I happened to know someone who bought this model with the headphones, which I’d never heard of before, and I thought it was a brilliant concept! I sometimes watch shows after my partner has gone to sleep, so I knew this would be the perfect model for me. So far, it has been great as far as all of the above factors go, so I’m really pleased. It’s also fast and doesn’t struggle with freezing up like my old Roku, possibly due to the ability to power it down (although I wish pushing the power button didn’t also turn the TV off). My main complaint is with casting to it via Airplay… it’s a bit finicky, and sometimes my phone doesn’t detect the Roku as an option. I’m not sure how much is to be blamed on the Roku versus my phone or Airplay itself, but it’s not a great experience. It works, but sometimes with a lot of frustration. I know AirPlay ability is fairly new to Roku, so I’m hoping performance improves with updates in the near future.

One of the best Roku devices. The remote is great as I plug in my Sony headphones for late night high volume surround sound. I own 2 one of my outside projector and another for the guest room. Roku also has the Spectrum app so i was able to ditch my cable box.

I purchased this Roku Streaming Stick + 4K to replace a Roku streamer that I purchase in 2013. This item was on The Deal Of The Day email so I got a super price and is quite an upgrade over my 8-year-old Roku. It's super-fast, easy to set up, and works great.

Convenient, fun to use, so easy to setup, secure and I love that. I also stream my live cable channels from my service provider. Love the headset when the kids get to bed. So many options of different apps, like amazon, Netflix, Disney+, on demand movies. So happy I have it, getting others for the other rooms in the house.

I purchased three Roku Streaming Sticks+Headphone capability. Those Roku devices replaced all the rented Xfinity equipment on three TVs. That saves approx $25 per month in rental fees. More importantly, the Roku devices have opened up my access to all sorts of streaming services (many are free) and I still have full access to my Xfinity service (On Demand, Recordings, TV, etc.) at a reduced rate. The ease of use of the Roku remote is quite remarkable. As an example, I now get greater utilization of my garage TV where I stay current on news, listen to Pandora, and scan through tons of Youtube videos to reinforce my project work. I just wish I knew about the Roku service many years ago. I would have saved a ton in Comcast rental fees. Finally, I have good cable and Internet service with Xfinity, but the Roku has opened up a whole new dimension in accessing other online services. The Best Buy rep who offered support in this acquisition needs to be commended for thoroughly explaining how this purchase would change the way I see and use my TV service. He was right on target. This product works better than expected. I am able to get premium services on my older Oled than I was able to get before. Setup was relatively easy. Just be sure to have a computer nearby to help with setup. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Easy to connect. Just need Wi-Fi service to access a lot of different tv shows, movies, news, sports. We were so surprised by the quality of the shows coming across to our tv. The included earphones included for use with the remote are great. Would buy this again, in a minute, should the need arise.

Got this for my sons tv and its great! Who knew this little gadget could give hime everything he wants for his tv. No need to call the cable company to add another box and additional fees every month.I will he getting one for our guest room as well. So far so good.

We love our Roku Streaming Stick - we love the portability and bring it with us when we travel so we have access to all of our apps and recorded shows. The headphone part comes in VERY handy when you aren’t ready to go to sleep but your husband is :)

Awesome streaming stick. Good reception with remote even though it's hidden behind the tv. Was going to get a FireStick but it wouldn't allow us to use our charter Spectrum ap. Only downside is it burns thru batteries when you use it with the built in headphone Jack. My wife uses it in bed when I'm sleeping so she doesn't disturb me and we have to replace the batteries about once a week.

This Roku has an easy remote and is easy to get set up. I can use this one remote and I don’t need to worry about using the remote for the TV. Adjusting the volume is easy to do with this Roku. There’s a headphone jack on the remote, which is nice to have and not bother my wife at night with noise.

If you are cutting the cord and are streaming, ROKU is the only way to go. ROKU is compatible with more content than any other streaming device out there. If you are subscribed to Spectrum TV streaming services, ROKU supports it and is 100% compatible. LOVE LOVE LOVE the headphone feature. I can watch TV without disturbing anyone around me which is especially nice at night. I chose the stick over other ROKU form factors. Even on my small 24" screen, the stick and wiring is not visible giving it a clean appearance. ROKU, if you are reading this review, I only have 3 requests for product improvement and it is all remote control related: 1 - add input control for TVs. 2 - add a numeric keypad 3 - add backlit lighting to the keys I have Roku 4K Stick+ on all 3 of my TVs. No regrets and love my purchase decision.

I have it 5 stars because it very convenient. It is portable so you can carry it around. 4K HDR streaming quality just like the ultra which costs a little extra. Best of all private listening it comes wh a voice remote with a headphone jack and earbuds instead of spending more money on modifying your TV for headphones.

Very good product. I bought this particular Roku so that I could have the voice command and the earplugs. The earplugs make it easier on everyone in the house when I want to listen to a higher volume and don't want to disturb them, especially at night when they go to bed. Good price also.
