I wonder if I can have it work on all the TV's like the other none voice remotes do. They are all Hisense Roku TV's. Thanks. I returned the one they gave me since I could not get it to work. The guy did not tell me the truth at check out. I had $10 reward off the other one and he said this one was $10 more than it was and that is not true. I check the prices when I got home. I lost some confidence in Best Buy because of it. I don't like being manipulated. Not enough directions with it.

We were looking for a simple, affordable way to help them reduce their cable costs, and this device was exactly what we needed. The setup was surprisingly easy. Within a short time, the Roku was connected to the TV, linked to their Wi-Fi, and ready to stream. One of the biggest advantages is that they no longer need to rent and pay a monthly fee for an extra cable box, which is helping them save money every month. They were able to easily download and sign in to their cable provider's app, giving them access to all of their cable channels without needing a physical cable box. That made the transition seamless since they could continue watching the same channels they were used to while eliminating the extra equipment and monthly rental fee. If you're looking for an easy-to-use streaming device for older adults or anyone who isn't tech-savvy, I highly recommend the Roku Streaming Stick. Easy Link New Remote for Our Existing TV

The Best Buy staff greeted me at the entrance wondering how they could help me. Directed me quickly to the Roku remote control display in the store. Helped me pick out the most appropriate Roku option for our TV in just minutes. Brought the new Roku remote home to find it amazingly simple to link up the new remote to our existing TV, and voila!! Everything's working perfectly and we're living in happy relief now thanks to our handy Best Buy store.

Easy to set up. Its just that if you have a TV which doesn't have enough power to stream, you have to go and buy a plug to plug into wall istead of back of TV.
