Necessary addition to my Insignia Fire tv.

Works like a charm on my Insignia Fire Tv so I can use stand alone PBS, Hulu, and BritBox apps not available on the Insignia platform - which is apparently an older model. Great picture and sound.

The Widest Variety of Channels available.

Roku system has by far the widest variety of free (with ads) channels and other free access to local news as well as nation news at no cost what soever. I am trying to unload xfinity unfortunately I am home phone and internet tied to them. I do not use their low level stations which don't even provide local channels.

Controls TV and Sound Bar

If you use a USB port in the TV, there is a delay for the TV to power up before the Roku stick gets power. You just have to know that and wait a bit.
