If your TV has an appropriate usb port and you’ve got a good Wi-Fi signal, all you need is a single short usb cable. I used only a one foot cable.

By plugging this in as an HDMI it allowed me access to all apps making TV a smart TV. Saved me from having to buy a new TV for my spare bedroom.

Not My Best Roku experience

Not sure if it's a set up or compatibility issue. Thought I had that covered with Geek Squad installation. Seems like resetting is almost a daily routine. Screen freezes, wifi connection is lost, and other non response issues. Not exactly the set up of my dreams.

Pairing problem

Attempted to pair tv and remote again but remote still will not turn tv off. It does everything else. Had this same problem with previous Roku remotes.
