Well man old one got fried when lightening struck my personal telephone poll. This replaced it and it works just great. Note: I also lost my router and modem and receiver in that fiasco and had some issue getting all the replacement stuff reconnected. It was the ROKU telephone helper that actually helped me the best.

Works great. I got this because my smart TV is getting old and slow. With the new Roku, there's no lag navigating apps, menu options and long lists of shows to stream. The voice option works really well. I love how I can audibly speak my login and password and not have to spend several minutes toggling each letter/number/character.

This device works great. You can setup your streaming icons in the order you like. The response is fast when you click on the app that you want to watch. The rechargeable voice remote is a great addition.

After my ROKU stick was constantly overheating, I figured this was the way to go. I do like the backlit remote/

This was a replacement for an older model. Setup was very easy. Once I signed into my account, all of my original channels were available and my credentials for those channels transferred automatically.

I've had many streaming boxes,including NVIDIA Shield Tivo, Google TV, ONN. This is a winner. I avoided it because no Google play store. I've learned that the reason that Roku won't allow the play store is that they can't guarantee that the apps will work with their boxes. That makes sense. I had buffering issues with other boxes, but not with Roku. This is just my opinion. I love it.

With a one time price to purchase and all the free channels available this is the way to go. Connected to the home WiFi was simple and quick. The picture quality all depends on the television that you have. I should have dropped cable and done this years ago

The picture on our 10 year old Samsung 47 inch 1080 TV improved significantly. It is clearer and more 3 D. It is comparable to that we have on newer higher end TVs. This is fantastic because the WIFI signal comes from an old Apple Air Extreme that is connected to an Xfinity gateway via Cat5 wiring and a switch. It demonstrates that this new modern Roku technology works great with both old and new technology. It has put our search for a new TV on hold.

It’s been working super well and it’s super fast. It was super easy to set up as well! The channel selection really surprised me

This device works really well with my 4k TV. The colors, and fideltiy of the picture could not be better. BTW, I'm streaming using a Roku Ultra, another great addition to my video "experience".

Our old Roku from 2014 would no longer update. This Roku is easy to setup, especially if you have a ROKU account already. The remote is also improved.

This Roku is the best one i have ever purchased. The remote control is easy to find since it lights up. Especiallty good fro someone with low vision.

I have owned all previous versions of Roku Ultra. The new Ultra 2024 is a noticeable improvement. It is faster. Picture quality is better. The Wi-Fi connections speeds are much higher. I was excited to see the Ultra 2024 is Wi-Fi 6. Unfortunately my router is 6E which means the Ultra 2024 does not connect to Wi-Fi 6. The good news is the 5G connection speeds are much faster than Ultra 2022. The improved picture quality is a nice surprise. It handles dark scenes better. Overall there appears to be better contrast. I highly recommend the Ultra 2024.

We were blown away by the ease of connecting all our apps to the Roku It does so many things for us such as turning TV off and on or putting close captioning off or on I’ve never seen anything connect so quickly It out gunned anything we’ve used before

Really like the Roku as all our streaming services are in one place and this Roku syncs with our other one, which is nice.

It is very snappy. The quality with Dolby Vision and Atmos is great to have. The remove feels better and has backlights when you pick it up. My favorite streamer to date.
