It has a lot of free channels which will enhance your tv experience. Picture quality is good. You can control your tv with the Roku, sound too.

I was pleasantly surprised by its easy setup and how well it works. It saved me hundreds of dollars by working the TV I already had.

The new 2024 model has a lot of surprising upgrades and features. It was very easy to connect the Ultra 2024 to my 65 inch Sony Bravia TV using the included HDMI cable, and using an ethernet cable to connect directly to my router. The audio and video quality from the Roku Ultra 2024 is top notch. All of my favorite streaming services were automatically installed onto the Ultra 2024 player after I signed into my Roku account. My only problem with this streaming player is the fact that it reboots every day. Literally every evening (roughly every 24 hours) the Roku Ultra 2024 freezes and reboots itself. Initially I found this to be annoying, and now I simply expect the device to misbehave. I hope Roku can issue a patch or a firmware update to fix the problem. If you are looking for a quality 4k HD streaming device, give the Roku a try. Just watch out for glitches and constant rebooting if you give the Ultra 2024 unit a try.

The audio and video is glitchy when I am watching ESPN on all of my devices except the Roku Ultra. The Roku has the best audio and video quality with no glitches or buffering pauses. It also sets up in minutes.

I don’t care how nice the TV is, the interface / tile setup will not be as smooth as Roku. Keeps all my subscriptions organized, and gives you the ability to search for programming in all of them at the same t8me.

The only thing we wish it had was a numeric key pad so that we could select the station we want to watch on Spectrum TV app.

Roku Ultra

The system provides a clear picture with no buffering issues. By far one of the better streaming devices at a reasonable price point. Definitely worth the money.

Roku Works Good

Other than that quality and everything is great

Good... but missing something.

But the reason I bought it was so I could use the USB port with a 1 terabyte drive I have to show family videos. We formatted the drive several suggested ways... but it would NOT play. I wound up trading my new 2024 device (with a friend) for his 2019 version of the Roku Ultra -- which worked just fine. (Apparently, to get more "speed", the newer device sacrificed some "performance" capabilities.)
