Cut the cord!

The cable company, who I had been with for many years, would not offer me a more affordable package, so I had to cut the cord. I wish I had done it sooner for the Roku Ultra is so easy to install and use and, it gives me access to the same tv programs through live tv and through streaming! Cut the cord!!

It's easy to set up and transfer everything over from our previous Roku. The picture looks great. Lots of choices for apps. Lots of screen savers and wall papers. May buy another for my bedroom tv also

Better alternative to Smart-TV's streaming apps

The streaming apps that come with my smart-TV's system/OS are just not reliable, updating constantly but never seem to solve the buffering/pausing issues. As the TV's age, it seems the manufacturers simply stop investing in developing these smart apps, & with the TV picture still working fine, I can't justify replacing them. The Roku just works reliably & outperforms the TV itself for streaming apps. Hoping ROKU continues to keep the Ultra model software updated and current for years to come.

It is allowing us to get off the expensive cable box. Allowing us to watch what we want when we want. The quality is extremely high brining us the fantastic entertainment.

Navigation between apps and screens is seamless and without lag. The backlight and voice features on the remote are also very useful.

Great upgrade from 2018 Roku Ultra

It has some interesting new features including not unloading apps so that if you switch to another app and then go back to original one, you pick up exactly where you left off.
