This Roku Ultra works great. Love the back light feature and the fact that you can just plug it in to charge the battery

I bought this streaming device for my parents living room tv since the google tv in the sony tv is lagging and it's excellent and fast. Use wifi instead of ethernet port for the fastest internet connection

Replacement for older Roku. Setup took a little time, but it was worth it. New Roku has better picture and sound and function.

Works very well...was hoping to receive free MAX or FX channels.

We bought this to use with an older smart TV that is very slow to launch into a service like Amazon Prime and pull up a show to get it ready to go. This Roku device solved that problem. It boots up very fast and launches into apps fast as well. It was easy to set up and add more apps onto it.

The Roku system is easy to use. The only backdraw for me so far is the low quality of the screen reader voice for the blind/visually impaired but otherwise so far so good.

Faster, crisper picture and I love that the remote is rechargeable! 10/10 would recommend.

This is one of the best streaming devices that I have recently bought. The ROKU ULTRA 2024 is faster than any of the previous models. The backlit remote is great. Still a little weak on the voice commands but not really an issue with me.

this is the second new one I have purchased. the very fact that I am a repeat buyer tells a lot. If it were not GREAT, I certainly would not have bought another.

Excellent device. Roku rules. Remote reminds you when to charge battery. Shut off mic on remote when not using it. Who knows when it listems and sends data later.

Works perfectly after my wife showed me how to use it!!!!! It gets all the shows she wants....Walker, Andy, GGirls, Hogan and Beverly HB. She is happy and so am I.... if she is still happy after a month, then we will cancel Dish and save $163.00 a month that I can use to buy a new boat!!!!!

I was a little bit behind on streaming. Had a nice non smart TV. This opened my eyes. ROKU is a great product and got a good deal from BestBuy. Very happy.

The only reason why I gave 4 is that, few times we had to unplug the devices to connect to wifi again. We bought 3 devices, and we all need to do this, but not all the same time. There are times that only one is having issue and the other two does not. All of the devices shows this problem more than once.

the device works great when you dont use netflix. Netflix just freezes all the time on this. I had to switch to another device if you intend on using netflix. All other services work flawlessly.

I am very pleased with the new Roku Ultra! It has been working flawlessly and the backlit remote is really handy. We use it daily and have had no issues whatsoever. I can definitely recommend the purchase.

Bought 2 Roku Ultras to replace 5 year old ones that got taken out with a power surge. New ones are much faster in response, and I really like the back-lite remotes!

Easy to set up and connect with my other devices. Seamless connection with the sound bar and handheld control, voice and manual.

Finally cut the cord on the cable! The Roku is easy to hook up and I can stream anything and also have live TV. Saves me so much money every month. I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner.
