Love love love it in my upstairs bedroom, was easy to set up and save money

This was an upgrade to a 2018 Roku ultra; works great and love the new voice activated remote. The back lighting on the remote is great.

I had a choice: this or Google chromecast. With google I should have also phone as an android, but I got Iphone. Now all works excellent and some apps or sites have airplay

It's a Roku! Got it for my mother because it's simple and reliable. This Roku Ultra is fast, has a good wifi connection and a backlit remote. It's just what she needed for her Spectrum cable streaming. There are tons of additional streaming apps available.

Easy setup. Have it playing through surround sound.

I really like the Roku device. Very easy to use and understand. I have one for the living room and one for the bedroom. The controller is pretty self explanatory too.

This 2024 version is really a deal @ $79. The backlit remote (also rechargeable) is absolutely perfect. I actually replaved my Apple TV with one of these when the remote suddenly went bad on the Apple. Thankfully I had AppleCare for two years thanks to Total membership and BestBuy N Canton took care of me, which lead to me getting this nee Roku Ultra 2024 edition. Ill include a photo of the remote all lit up so you can see. Its a lifesaver…

An amazing setup! Should have done this years ago! I have an older smart tv but I bought this for its remote and ease of the menu. A very simple process to set up! And the remote and setup are all handled under one simple operation-no more multiple remotes! The rechargable and voicecontrol remote is just the best. As is the ability to link my headphones wirelessly directly to it. (The box itself can also be linked to wi-fi wirelessly). It even improved the quality of my TV picture, Love it!

My parents wanted to update the Roku on their main TV. They had an older Roku stick but it was getting pretty slow and not all the apps were working right. If we started a show on an app (Netflix, HBO, Paramount, etc) and paused it, once we started it up again the video didn't match the audio. It was annoying. Anyways, this Roku Ultra went on sale so we decided to get it and try it. And, it works really well! It is much faster than the Stick was, the controller is super nice and the ability to charge it with a phone charger is so much nicer than swapping batteries. The video also seems to be sharper, which I didn't think was an issue with the stick until we started watching stuff on the Ultra. So I would recommend the Ultra. The Stick was nice for what it was, and the ability to kind of hide it. But, this Ultra is just that much nicer without any of the downsides.
