Bought this new one, and all is well. It seems faster and I really like the way the buttons light up on the remote which I did not expect.

But the reason I bought it was so I could use the USB port with a 1 terabyte drive I have to show family videos. We formatted the drive several suggested ways... but it would NOT play. I wound up trading my new 2024 device (with a friend) for his 2019 version of the Roku Ultra -- which worked just fine. (Apparently, to get more "speed", the newer device sacrificed some "performance" capabilities.)

Love how to easily navigate through the menus. Voice control is accurate. Plus the remote recharges with lithium ion battery included.

It has an easy to use interface with a ton of free content in addition to paid services. The remote is USB-C rechargeable and easy to use.

It easy to use and it has all the bells and whistles (4K, Dolby Vision etc). The remote has a built in battery and the battery life is great. You can't go wrong with this one. I have 2 already.
