Roku device works fine, but 4K is less effective than in-built smart roku tv.

not much offered in 4k to watch. prime and Netflix offers very little in 4k.

the response on this item is slow and laggy. maybe an update will fix

Not a complete kit. Not worth the money especially when the HDMI connection cable was not included in the kit. Imagine our surprise when we got it home and We didnt have everything needed to set up and connect new TV to Roku when we needed it, It was later returned.

The Roku Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player is a good device.

when i plug my earphones into my remote control, it drains the batteries, the earphones and the remote stop working. it varies in time, sometimes as short as 24 hours.

This is the fourth Roku product I have purchased. The other products have worked great, but this has been a big disappointment. Happy for the first few months, but now has audio issues. The audio will stop being synchronized, cut out, or go silent. This happens almost every time It is used. What I thought was a great product, has turned out to be worthless. Be careful of this one.

hard to try to set up and difficult to pair with tv

Good for 4k streaming but can only mirror screen kodi.

I purchased this for my garage television. It did not seem to handle the heat as well as the previous Apple TV. It would probably be fine inside. We ended up with snow pixels whenever there were black colors.

Got this one for thanks giving, however was very much disappointed because it was not supporting 5.1 audio for Netflix and prime

I don't know what I was thinking buying this. I don't recommend. Just buy a smart TV!!! Do not buy this product. I wish I would have returned it with in the month. :(

I tried to activate online and after several attempts I had to go to chat room I spoke with somebody named Brenda. She collected $200 from me (don’t know for what) and apparently put my device on somebody else’s name and then disappeared, I tried to call.... finally somebody answered and just to get rid of me they said Brenda will call me back (I could feel that guy totally laughing at me), then that phone got disconnected too. Whole setting is a Total scam I will never use Roku again.

well i thought i would be able to watch espn but since my cable subscription doesn't include this channel i cant even stream it which was very dissapointing

Returned this product bea cause it only powers via a wall outlet. Needs option to power via tv USB port.

Terrible product, which is supposed to be their top shelf offering. Constantly loses connection to tv, and finally stopped controlling tv altogether. A few days ago, the unit stopped connecting entirely - just four months after purchase. Forget about their “support” as well, because you’re gonna need a treasure map just to find it. I will not be going “cheap” again, and will purchase an AppleTV.

Can’t get it to work correctly. Called customer support and they were no help.
