All my old "Ultras" had optical out and I was surprised that Roku apparently dropped that output. The wireless streams very well and overall very easy to set up.

Goodbye to $130 Cable bill!!

Love this Roku and especially being able to search by speaking into remote. What a timesaver. At first we thought we would have to supplement with other companies but we are enjoying not paying for TV so much that we are seeing how long we can go with watching the hundreds ..maybe thousands?..of free content. Wish i had done this sooner.

You might think that a company with as much $ as them could hire a top shelf engineering team to design a great streaming device....FAIL! Save yourself some $ and purchase a streaming device from a company that is focused on making an excellent streaming device. Roku is that company...and the Roku Ultra is that device!
