Roku: more reliable than a TV's built-in apps

My kid suggests using the roku because that always happens with the TV app. The kid was right. I did side-by-side comparisons & Samsung's & LG's built-in apps for netflix, hulu, etc ran slower & experienced more shutdowns/restarts than the Roku. SOLD.
