Overall is a great product

And have to reset the unit at least once a month due to it freezing up. Some apps freeze, which could be the app and not Roku. Overall is a good product and happy with purchase. I had a Firestick and much happier with the platform on the Roku

Roku's just work and keep working. The included headphones are actually really good for music too!

I had a few issues with the remote and the ROKU was able to resolve them for me very easily and efficient! Love the product

Good streamer

Hardware has to be changed after a few years for software to be streamed properly.

Now he can use the Roku headphones to hear better and volume is lower for the rest of us in the house

It doesn't but now they have the old Roku in the bedroom.

Works great. Better than the WiFi receiver in the tv it seems
