Geek squad recommended the Roku to solve my home wifi problems. When the geek squad arrived to install it, they recommended I get the EERO wifi enhancer due to the make-up of my home, and so-far the EERO enhancer is working fine. As far as the Roku goes, I cannot answer as I never unpacked the box or tried it. So I cannot review the Roku item.

I bought these just for kicks as all my friends have them. Worth every penny I paid for them. Work well with major cable subscription. These are a life saver on long trips.

Upgraded from my older Roku so I could get the apple TV on it. Very happy with it and glad I can now get my apple purchases on more then my lap top (I refused to buy an apple tv)

Works great and fast, much better than fire tv stick.

The Ultra is the better option, if you have spotty wifi but have the ability to connect to a Cat5 cable. 3 in use in our home.

I purchased this Roku over the stick to ensure best WiFi performance. I can say it has not disappointed. It picked up the signal quickly and turns on and runs fast. Great purchase.

Got this to replace a Fire 4k stick. Quality of the image seems similar. Never had a glitch with playback. Like some things better about the Fire stick, but prefer the non-Amazon directed search and menus. Feel like there is more available content because it displays more in searches. Overall happy with Roku, but still use Fire in other room.

Setup was very simple. Seems to be a high quality product.

I was tired of paying for tv I didn’t seem to watch so I canceled my tv and replaced it with this roku and there are more Chanel’s to pick from than there was on cable glad I changed

The ultra is definitely the way to go. Don’t mess around with the thumb drive styles unless you really have to, as I have experienced overheating with them.

This roku has many features. That my older one did not have like volume controls on the side and on off button. I haven’t used the ear phones yet but like that available feature

Bought this on Black Friday and much better than an Apple TV or other streaming devices. Just get rechargeable batteries if you are going to use the head phone feature.

Very happy with this latest version of Roku Ultra. It now has a mute button on the side which was not there before. Great feature for my husband who likes muting commercials!

I have an LG oled tv and the one low mark is the smart tv functionality compared to this media experience. I am not using it for the tv but on its own I really like the experience.

Recieved the Roku super fast without paying extra for delivery. This Roku comes with the cool voice remote features which works great so far and has the updated Disney+ button.

First Roku was an HDMI cord eater and would overheat. I sent off for warranty and the replacement was everything I wanted. Great product once it worked.

This is my 4th Roku, and the 2nd Ultra, all hooked up on different televisions. The best feature is the voice command so I don't have to scroll through numerous channel icons.
