Upgraded from the Roku stream stick and this is a huge improvement. The connection directly to the router and larger memory makes a huge difference.

I love my Roku!! Only compliant I have is that I did not do it sooner! Don't miss those money hungry cable companies at all. Bust thing I ever done.

I love Roku and everything it offers in a streaming device. Easy to navigate, fast connection, and superb video. The Ultra has it all.

Overall, the Roku device works great, except for the volume & mute buttons are too sensitive. I hit volume up, and it goes way up, or I hit the mute button, and it mutes, but then immediately unmutes, almost like I hit the button twice. So that's annoying more than anything.

This is my third ROKU device and it's the best. It holds the WiFi connection excellently. 4k streams are seamless with no loss of signal.

Other than the 4k I don't feel this is much of an upgrade from my previous Roku 3. And 4k doesnt really do much for a non 4k TV. It works just like other Roku's except I find that it restarts itself a lot more than my previous one. Maybe a later firmware update will correct that. IDK.

I love ROKU but have had issues with their remotes in the past. This remote failed within a month of use. I use the phone app most of the time.

As far as the functionality and usability of this Roku its fantastic when it works. Unfortunately I have been receiving the occasional overheating messages even though the Roku is on an open shelf with nothing else around it. I've decided to return it today and see if maybe I just received a bad Roku. When compared to the Chromecast I think the Roku is great in that it offers compatibility with a lot more services and is really easy to use. It does not have connectivity problems I have encountered with the Chromecast. I really like the ethernet option for the Ultra, which helps in streaming 4k and keeping my wireless router from being overloaded. I do think that $100 is too much for the "ultra" option which in reality doesn't seem to offe much more than the ethernet capability.

Glad we went with the ultra over other models. It's much quicker to load than previous roku devices I've owned. Love the remote finder feature.

Very happy with device. I like that it works with wifi, controls my TV, I can use Comcast XFINITY ands other channels can choose.

The Roku works great. The ability to use the headphones for audio is great. The only downfall is the remote buttons do not light up.

The ultra is a good media player. The remote is harder to handle with the buttons on the side. I am constantly pressing them and getting "not available" notice when trying to navigate to my show. I haven't tried the voice feature or headphones so I have no opinion.

Love the roku ultra have brought 3 of them so far. So much better than the streaming stick. Got it for 50 bucks, well worth it.

I have the ultra in my master bedroom. I have a total of 3 Rokus. They all sync together and i can continue my shows in all my rooms.

Love Roku, this was an additional set. Had Roku TV and added this to my older Samsung. Very happy with the channels and services available.

Turned in my Xfinity boxes. Took a while to get use to finding thing in the Xfinty app but all the other streaming apps work well,

It’s nice to have the direct (ethernet) connection makes the streaming go a lot faster. Headphones are a plus if you want the sound by yourself.

This was an excellent purchase and best had such a great deal on it for the Christmas. I am loving it and saving money on returning my cable box

I love the way that you can watch live TV and you can find shows that they don't have out on DVD but, you can still watch on one of their apps.
