Works great! I love the headphone feature. The installation was a breeze, I purchased a second one for the guest room and thinking about replacing my Apple TV because we like this remote control better! No complaints!

Switched to Roku and have enjoyed lower cost for streaming shows---I dropped xfinity TV and use only Roku to connect. This one has headphones for silent viewing and a voice remote, if desired. Easy to set up.

this roku is awesome, its kinda expensive but well worth the money. And buy a 2.0 hdmi cable to go with it. This device can handle alot for 100 bucks. And it makes you tv look even better in my opinion.

We decided to cut the cable and just do streaming. We already had a Chromecast and a Fire-Stick for the two bedrooms we decided to go with Roku for the living room and media room. Roku beats the others hands down. It comes with a very user friendly remote. And it has voice control!!! This was one of the things that I was going to miss from giving up Xfinity, but Ruku has it. I can just say the name of a movie or actor that I want to see and Roku shows me all the streaming options that carry what I am looking for. No need to search Netflix, Prime, and Hulu individually, Roku searches all of them form me at once. I have had these for 2 months now and am very happy that I made this purchase and the price was well worth it.

The Roku Ultra is easy to connect and easy to use and has a simply massive collection of steaming channels ... have the older model (completely satisfied) and find this one has some good improvements

Got this so my wife could watch some streaming in her office/den. The setup was well thought out and easy to follow, and the unit works very well. The remote setup worked for her old (2006) HDTV as well.

We picked up two of the Roku Ultra Streaming Players to get rid of cable. Set up was super easy! We have been thrilled with it so far. My favorite feature is the headphone jack for independent listening!

Very easy setup and nice fish tank screensaver. 4K content looks great. Headphone jack on remote is useful. I recommend purchasing a Micro SD memory card for faster loading of content. Great product.

Awesome purchase! All of my apps in one place! Super easy to use. Finally down to one remote... the Roku remote works on all devices. Got rid of satellite tv and couldn’t be happier!

I was not on board getting one of these expected to have nothing but problems but my wife wanted one. So got the best player Roku makes to have the best chance it will work right. It works so good I bought a second one for the back room. Main one in front room is hard wired to router for nest performance and the back room one is on wifi. I don't see any difference in the performance totally happy with both units. There has been a time for some reason the main one become unresponsive from the remote but unplugged the power and rebooted it works fine again. I think when they send updates it has to be rebooted. I recommend getting the box instead of the stick as it is faster and has hard wire connection for best response.

Have only had this Roku for about a month. It works great and very easy to set up. Really like the on off tv button and volume controls on the device, versus cheaper models which require the tv remote for doing those functions. Only reason giving it a 4 star is, wish one could toggle back and forth between two stations with one click. I'll be buying more for other TVs.

Love the Roku Premium. Very fast processor and nice slim design. Actually has some solid weight to the unit. Remote is perfect and love the addition of the power button. CEC works very well with the unit.

I bought this player to remove a cable box from one of my TV's and have been blown away with how simple this thing is to set up and operate. This review almost got 3 stars but I recently figured out my problem, and a word of caution. This device does NOT come with a HDMI cable, do NOT use a cheap, value cable with it. Netflix and a few other apps will not operate on this device with a low quality cable. Changed out the cable to a better one and works flawlessly.

we got this one instead of the USB one because it has better refresh rates and doesnt get hot. The remote is great too. This device you can plug headphones into which is great to not bother others

This Roku has been so great from backgrounds to channels you can add! The remote is great! Just one remote thy controls the tv, the Roku, fast forward/ rewind, voice control! I highly recommend!!

Roku-Ultra 4K sets up quickly and easily with very straight-forward instructions. The remote works well, and the preprogrammed speed buttons are very useful. It was somewhat unsettling to discover that Roku's free movie and show offerings are laced with commercials, so we have not used that part of the service as extensively as had been planned.

User friendly. I use with smart 4K TV and streaming is much more user friendly with this ROKU. Picture is also outstanding. Earbud remote control is also a nice touch after others have gone to bed.

Been using ROKU for years and this new unit is a serious upgrade. Much better picture, controls your TV power and volume. Ear buds are a great addition so you don't disturb other in the house.

So I had a friend over yesterday and he said, "I didn't know you had a fish tank?" He's talking about my new Roku which has the most realistic fish take screen saver you ever saw. It's so life-like with such depth of realism that it looks real. I leave it on all the time. Plus, all the new features make this Roku the one to use. The JBL headphones are superior and were a big surprise. I love the new remote and have only one problem with it. The mute button is right next to the volume and I'm hitting it all the time. Otherwise, Kudos to Roku for making great improvements in pairing, and streaming for my Ultra 4K 60 inch TV. Love it. Highly recommended.

I needed to replace the now unsupported Roku 2X player, so I moved my living room Roku 3 to the bedroom and purchased the 2019 edition of the Roku - Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player with JBL Headphones and Enhanced Voice Remote is faster and better then previous models that I have used. Using this Roku 4, the picture quality is great as it was in recent models, and more importantly, apps are loaded quickly compared to earlier Roku players. I rarely use the voice control feature, but when I do it works about as quickly as button pushing. The only negative feature is the layout of the remote buttons. As many reviewers have stated, the mute button is situated on the side of the remove is a position that is often under my finger as I pick up the device. A more annoying feature is the relative flat surface of the "OK" and arrow buttons. I sometimes push an arrow at the same time as the "OK" causing navigation to the wrong place. I like the layout of my Roku 3 remote better because the buttons are more distinct. So my rating for the Roku - Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player is 5 Stars, but only 3 Stars for the Remote with JBL Headphones and Enhanced Voice feature = Overall rating of 4 Stars. Perhaps as I grow more accustom to the new remote, my overall rating will move closer to 5 Stars.
