Roku software is very easy to use. The interface is intuitive and easy to learn. The headphone jack feature is a must when watching late at night or in a noisy area.

I replaced an old Roku (3?) and was pleasantly surprised to end up with an improved picture. I also appreciate the improved remote with tv power button and volume control.

High quality! Best streaming device on the market. Bluetooth remote that you don't have to point directly at the device for it to work. Remote works from other rooms. 4K looks good.

I made the decision to get rid of cable and this product has made the transition so easy. It is easy to set up and navigate through so many bonus features and great picture quality.

This is an excellent product. Much faster than previous versions Also much faster than competitors. Remote works fast and has more controls like volume.

I love the interface. It is very responsive and simple to use. The headphones are a nice extra. After having it for a month, I bought a second one for the basement tv.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. This replaced my TIVO, don't need a digital recorder anymore and Roku supports more apps than TIVO. Works great with Logi Harmony remote.

The 2 best streamers are the Roku Ultra and Apple TV-4K. Unless you're an Apple person the Roku has the best GUI and navigation. Very intuitive where the Apple can be a confusing mess at times not knowing where the cursor frame is. Also finding the disappearing Top menu is a nightmare. Very irritating to my customers and those who have both will use the Roku and only go to Apple TV for purchased movies. For 3rd party Control systems, as I do, hands down, the Roku has far more functionality and control options for ease of use and less GUI stress. Plus the Roku Ultra is half the price of the Apple TV-4K. Buy two.

I have an Apple TV, an amazon fire tv, and now this. This is best one of the three. Compatible with more apps and easier to use. Remote is very easy to use.

If you have a tv larger than 55 inches this is a must to have. It has a strong enough cpu and memory on a 10 mpbs home network. it should stop all the buffering for you. I found most streaming devices cant paint the screen fast enough so they buffer on larger tv's. I bought the roku ultra and it all stopped on both of our 65 inch tv's. The remote will control the tv on and off and volume of most tv's also. Best streaming device on the market. I have a smart tv and do not use the smart part of the tv because this is way better. clearer picture and a lot faster loading apps.

I bought this because I have a Samsung TV, and my provider for cable is Spectrum. Ironically the spectrum app which can be loaded onto a Samsung TV Works terrible. Even Spectrum said their app does not work good on the Samsung TV even though its one of only tvs you can load it too. They said the Roku works really good with their cable app. This is my second one. First one I purchased for my bedroom as I purchased another one for my main TV. I will get rid of my cable boxes soon. It's so much easier to go through the app. Overall a very good product and even better if you can catch on a sale.

Great remote. I have two of these for my TV's. I also have the premier versions too but I really like the ability to control my TV from one remote with the Ultra. I did have a problem on one of my TV's where the remote failed and Roku supplied a replacement under warranty but the replacement would not operate my TV. They actually sent me another replacement but that one would not control my TV either. Strange situation but still no answer from Roku. I am just living with the problem.

Didn’t think we would be happy, gave it a shot and it looks amazing in 4K. The streaming is great, of course with your subscriptions, happy with this purchase

Goodbye Cable! Hello ROKU Streaming with Gigabit Speed! It was one of, if not, the best purchase I made during this pandemic lockdown. Working from home for the past couple weeks gets your mind thinking of things other than trying to focus on work related. Out of the blue, on a random decision, I decided to cut the cord with the cable company that I've been loyal for the past decade. Now, I officially switched to mainline streaming with high speed internet. BEST DECISION EVER. The extra savings of $100+ a month on cable/triple play/box rentals/excessive fees, etc can now go toward important things.

I'm very impressed with this version of Roku. Not wanting to pay for cable (what with Covid keeping me out of work) I decided, after reading reviews on this site and elsewhere, to take the plunge on a streaming player. Great idea. This pays for itself with the options for free services, and once I added my Amazon Prime, and added Disney+, I have enough to watch without paying for cable. Its simple enough to connect to wifi, and you have the option of wireless or wired.

I have had a Roku product ever since it was first offered. The Roku Ultra 4k is just that, a quality and clear picture device. It is excellent in size, not taking too much space and better than an Apple TV device. The only drawback is that if left on all day and not turned off when not using, it tends to heat up. After this happens, the picture begins to lag once the product is taken out of its sleep mode. Personal recommendation is to turn the device off completely when turning off the TV and no longer using the device, versus letting it go into sleep and screensaver mode.

This device turn my TV into 4K view and i love all the apps. I have all the streaming device but by far this is the easiest one to use. Have 5 of this device in each room

I now have four Roku devices and all perform extremely well, my favorite streaming device. Easy to use interface and controller, plus the headphone jack is very useful

This Roku has it all, plus it was easy to set-up. The headphones are a great addition, as my wife can listen to the TV and I can read without being bothered.
