The Roku Ultra is the best box for all the streaming apps and even works with Spectrum unlike the FireTV. I love how fast and responsive it is. Extremely easy to use and loads fast. Perfect for elderly customers who aren’t as tech savvy as long as someone sets it up for them. My only negative thing with the ROKU is the necessity to buy a microsd card to store more apps. I use a lot of apps so I need the space. It should come with 64GB minimum of built in space IMO. Overall it’s amazing and not overpriced like the AppleTV. You can’t get a better box for streaming than this one.

This is hands down the finest streaming device I have ever used to date. It is small and compact, which means it is easy to transfer from TV to TV. You won't need to use your TV remote, but the included Roku Ultra remote will learn your TV's power, volume and muting functions. There's also a USB port on the side for charging your devices, or for connecting a flash drive. You will also have access to thousands of apps, many of which are free. For the price and the features, there is no better streaming media player!

Roku is pretty sweet. I joined the party late cause I wasn't that much into the streaming scene. However, I am on board to cut the cord and I think the time is right to do it now. See what you want when you want and there are even apps for your locals so you really aren't missing much by cutting the cord. I really like my Roku. It is easy to use. We even had an 83 year old relative cut the cord and go to Roku and she navigates it pretty well. Sure we helped her set it up, but she uses it daily and doesn't have any issues. So I highly recommend it.

I purchased this to replace an older version since I was buying a Sony X950H 49” TV. Works well. I think the picture quality through the Roku is better than through the Apps that come with the TV. I agree with others about the mute button on the side of the remote being in the wrong location. Poor design. I noticed the sound quality of streaming channels, such as Pandora, are greatly improved over my older model. Night and day difference. Highly recommend.

Your cable box will not pass 4K or HDR - this does. You only pay for the providers with the channels you want and not for the many you don't. I have four.

Bought this to upgrade my Roku stick. This comes with ethernet plug so that lag free streaming. Fast OS and great remote and you can plug a headphone/earphone.

I purchased this as an upgrade to my Roku Stick. The Ultra is much faster than my stick. Very easy to set up and work. I did purchase a premium hdmi cable which corrected the error I was getting.

This Roku purchase was an upgrade to an older model we had purchased a few years ago. Comparing the two, this model was easier to set up and works flawlessly.

I purchased this for my elderly mom and she loves it. It's simple enough for her to use and understand. The included headphones are a great feature!!! Now the neighbors don't hear what she's watching lol. Just be sure to use rechargeable batteries since the headphones do drain them pretty quickly. The premium channels are cheaper through Roku than my cable provider. The stream is smooth and clear. I've never had any buffering issues or pixilation like I did with my other streaming box. I'll probably buy one for myself in the near future.

So I have a Rasberry Pi running Kodi, an Amazon Fire, a Google Chromecast, and a variety of other things I have cobbled together. For ease of use, the Roku beats them all. It's best feature though, is voice search in combination with searching multiple streaming providers. i.e Just say Battlestar Galactica and will search Amazon, Netflix, Disney, etc to find it and even start the app and take you to it. It's simple and elegant and I wish I had discovered it sooner.

Excellent product, easy to use, and the Roku channel is a great add-on value. It does have issues with the Amazon Prime videos, but we do have the Fire sticks for those, so no big deal. Run Disney+, Hulu smoothly. The ability to mute the audio with the remote is definitely a plus.

This little box is great! It is super fast, and works with most major streaming platforms. I got this to upgrade from an older Roku model, and I'm glad I did.

This is a great streaming device and I bought on a Black Friday special for a great price at $50! The Roku operating platform and layout is easy to use and the Ultra has a fast processor that can handle all the data well without buffering or freezing pending you have a sufficient internet feed and solid home network. It has the option of Wifi or can be hardwired to your router if preferred. This purchase was for a Christmas gift to my parents but this same device is on our primary TV and we've had no issues for over a year of use and we stream most everything we watch.

This Roku Ultra 4k is very easy to setup and very quick and easy to learn and use. Able to stream all of my favorite apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon).

Our local cable company keeps raising their rates and offering less. We had talked about trying a Roku and when Best Buy had it on sale we jumped on it. WOW! When there is nothing on cable (which has become almost all the time) we turn on the Roku and watch free programs and movies. It is easy to connect and use. There are no hidden costs or fees. We registered online and provided a credit card number that will only be used if we choose programming that has a cost. We haven't tried the headphones or the voice command yet but I would still recommend this Roku model 110%.

I have had all the different versions of the ROKU and this top-of-the-line release is by far the best. The remote offers voice control, a headphone jack, TV volume/on-off controls and a couple of programmable buttons. I am especially pleased with the unit's USB port, which allows me to have an external drive loaded with movies, photos, etc., played by the free ROKU media player. ROKU has dozens of free shannles and you can also get your pay channels thru the device, making everything very convenient. This is absolutely the best steaming experience money can buy, period.

Got this for our bedroom now that we have Disney+. Impressed with the picture and ease of use. Like that it controls the TV as well for power and volume.

This is a great streaming device that has everything (except HBO max) The remote is really easy to use, I like it better than Amazon products.
