I cannot say enough good things about this specific model. One mention that I don’t see in the specifications or on reviews is the remote is radio frequency versus infrared. My television is over the fireplace and have a small cabinet under the mantle. My roku device is in the mantle cabinet and never have to open the door to operate the device.

Great picture & display! Very easy to navigate and use.

Has worked great! Love having the headphones connect to the remote for silent listening. Use that feature often.

I purchased A Roku Ultra in 2018 This New model 2019 is Similar but Speed of This New model is noticably faster the Graphics about the same But the search feature better than older Model Glad I made the purchase WiFi connection has better range.

I bought this item--because it has an Ethernet cable and not everyone can be exposed to wifi radiation all day--some people are sensitive. Item is not cheap at over 85 dollars but I bought it. Overall, love the item except for 3 things. 1. There is no HDMI cable included in box so now I am sitting at home with a box but have no way to actually make this thing work until I spend more money on a cable and find a store open during corona. At the price point, a cable should have been included. It would have been dearer to me if your charged 95$ but at least I got a cable. The person who thought it would be a great idea to ship these cableless should be fired. 2. The power cable is extremely short. Depending on how high your TV is, power cable may not even reach the ground. 3. No way to permanently disable wifi for those sensitive to electromagnetic fields. Even when you disable, each time you restart roku it turns the wife direct on automatically. This should not be turning on automatically. This sad part is I love this device and this company. I still recommend this product to everyone but that was just not a nice move. Close to 100 dollars and cable sold separately? Come on guys. You can do better than that. The wifi auto turn off could be easily fixed with a software update.

I like this new model for the ROKU box. The previous versions were not that good and this one is more stable working with my internet network.

Roku makes excellent products that are great for streaming across all digital services. Highly recommend!

Just picked up from store and I was excited to try to setup this device. It require to create an account with Roku before you can use it. As the progress of creating an account, Roku asking more and more personal information, like birthday, address, credit card etc. All info are required, even no option to set up later. I am feeling very uncomfortable to create account before I don’t know what it is. Anyway, my latest TV model might provide all benefits Roku can provide. So I immediately return this device to store.

So disappointed that when I hooked up my Roku and found out it didn't support HBO MAX at all. I contacted Roku tech support and was told they don't have any plans to support HBO Max in the future either. The whole reason I bought a Roku is because I thought they were fully inclusive, and not involved in any of these stupid feuds with providers. If I had known, I would have bought an Apple TV instead.

Will not go back and forth between channels or apps. Remote does not have a last channel. Have to go through the entire channel line up to find a station. ZERO customer support.

Absolute garbage. The first one failed in 72 hours. The replacement one started having remote audio problems after about a week. THESE THINGS ARE JUNK. AVOID THEM.

Trying to set this up with a Toshiba firetv edition failed. Tried it with an older TV and it worked OK. If this is supposed to be an upgrade, it is a failure.

THis new version is a DOWNGRADE. It DOES NOT have a port for an external drive....will look for the pre-2019 model...
