Roku is leaps and bound the best streaming media device I have tried... (have been peer pressured into trying others). I recently upgraded to Ultra for the Voice remote and higher picture quality. I use the player with a projector and it works absolutely flawless. I use the IOS app frequently for the remote and it offers great flexibility to moving around. Offers a HUGE variety of streaming channels and is constantly updating it's listings. Not a singe issue since install.

Why do the batteries run down so quickly... maybe after two weeks The buttons do not respond. Two new batteries and all buttons, selections work OK. Maybe a button is sticking, or last program watched does not 'turn off' and run down batteries. This has occurred twice since the Roku was set up and used. Ideas are welcome. Roku Selections seem OK. Maybe 'Acorn programs' are running in the background even when the TV is turned off via the hand held switch. Any suggestions. AA

Purchased to replace an older Roku. Everything about it is easy and it is much faster than the one I had. Roku makes streaming easy.

like most roku products this is super easy to set up with great results. The best part is the remote with headphone they work great.

Love it. Works much faster than Chromecast with TV device that Google sent for free. The only thing that annoys me is when I try to search something within any app by clicking on voice button, it searches the whole Roku content. It's like searching on bestbuy website and seeing the whole content from Google, very annoying, I don't even search with voice anymore. I think YouTube was the only app that was an exception.

So easy to install. Simple to use. Love the headset option that plugs into the remote. Easier to use than the apple tv remote

Roku devices are a dime a dozen. There are plenty to choose from at various price points. This model has the ability to turn your TV on and off as well as control the volume. It has a voice search function that comes in handy as well as a way to locate the remote. The interface is the same as the other devices in ther Roku line but this new update is supposed to have a faster interface. It also supports 4K streaming so if you have a 4k TV or will get one soon like me, I recommends this one.

Since my TVs are older and only pick up set streaming channels like youtube and Netflix. This was a good addition plus I can add my own channels like Vudu and Disney. We moved it from one room to another and didn't have to redo everything, we will see how it travels. I like the remote it has a plug for ear buds which it comes with, and now I can watch TV in bed without waking my wife. Don't care for the mute and volume button being on the side of remote but I will get used to it. Overall I am very pleased.

In my opinion this is the best streaming device because of ease of remote.The interface is sharper and the apps are plenty.

I bought the Ultra because it has ethernet connectivity, and I have Gigabit ethernet. I was tired of paying over $100 a month for Uverse. I subscribed to Hulu with local, and already had Netflix and Prime. My Sony TV has the apps, but the Roku is super fast by comparison. I plugged it into my media receiver, and it works like a cable box. No issues at all with the device. Only issue is I couldn't get the volume button to control my Marantz receiver, but I can live with that. Highly recommend.

easy to install, remote very easy to use. havent tried the earbuds yet and probably wont need to. overall this is a nice device

This Roku box was soo easy to get set up and running. It's so much faster than Roku TVs. Great product and worth every penny!.

The Roku Ultra is the best Roku Player we have owned. It is easy to setup and operate. It is intuitive, fast and fun.

Works great with the XFINITY streaming app. Easy setup. The remote even control the volume of my SONOS speaker.

I upgraded from the 2017 model. This is a great option for cord cutters. Easy to setup, and I love the buttons on the remote.

The Ultra is the way to go...Installs easy, lots of fee content, reception is outstanding....no buffering, no lags...perfect!

This is the 3rd Roku - Ultra we've purchased for our home...living room, family room & bedroom. In my opinion, it is a very good streaming device for any channel you'd like. Excellent for the bedroom when I want to sleep and my wife wants to continue watching TV...she can plug the headphones into the remote and continue watching while I sleep undisturbed. Easy to setup and add channels...works great. We cut the cord a number of years ago and will never go back to paying 100s of dollars for TV.

This is the best ROKU yet. Our old Roku units are no longer going to be supported by ROKU. Would recommend this unit to all.
