I admit I resisted but corona caused all regular programming to cease and I really wanted to watch the Netflix series The Crown...now I don't how I managed without it. Shows are great and it's so easy to set up and to use. It even remembers which episode I'm up to and that I use closed captioning...I LOVE IT!!!

Bought on Black Friday special. Was going to purchase a Roku Express. This was only $20 more. It was well worth it. I have a couple Rokus that have reached EoL and need to upgrade. Put this in place of my Roku 3 since it's the one I watch most. I was happy to find that the remote controls my TV and the voice feature comes in handy.

I finally got ride of DirecTV as the cost for what I was getting was just too much. Easy of operation and picture/sound quality is good Still in the bing phase of Netflix and Disney+ so no need to record anything yet, but I’m sure I’ll want to get some sort of DVR capability wired into the mix in the future.

Easy installation. Works great and allows you to add new widgets as they become available, such as Apple TV. Much faster than older model I had, and works great with WIFI. My only negative is that it went on sale for $30 less on the Roku web site not long after I purchased it. Sorry I missed the $69.99 price.

I’m using this Roku Ultra 4K setup in my master bedroom on an older TV that is sitting inside an armoire. I positioned the streaming player on top of the armoire and I’m getting a really good connection with my wifi. Picture looks great and the remote works well. I haven’t tried the JBL headphones yet.

The remote is much better than the Apple TV remote. I subscribe to Hulu Live, it has video flickering, and failures with GUIDs up on the TV requiring an unplug and reboot of Apple TV. Roku handles Hulu Live much better, recovers with a prompt. I haven't had to unplug Roku to get it working again (or leave the couch).

I upgraded my older Roku with this purchase and it was on sale so it was a good price. Swapping out the old one was very easy and setting up the new one only took about 20 minutes, most of which was the time to reactivate my channels. Wifi is much better with the new model with no dropouts or buffering.

This box provides quality TV with a myriad of channel offerings. It is quite satisfying to have so many choices of both free and pay for view TV channels to be able to chose from. The box is easy to use and there are great tutorials suitable for everyone. It offers the best that TV has to offer on the air waves.

Great picture quality. Certainly a great addition if you have 4K. Response times when changing between apps is excellent. Voice remote and a power button that syncs up with your TV is a nice improvement. I immediately programmed the optional buttons, which improves the overall experience and speed of access to streaming apps.

This device works perfectly for streaming in HD. There is a headphone function so if my husband want to stay up watching TV while I sleep he can. The remote is voice activated. Also this device can be taken with you when on vacation at a hotel to stream all your favorite apps. Setup is also very easy and very quick.

Bought this for my gf as am Xmas gift and she loves it. She does love the feature that it has the remote locator in which other streaming devices don't. She has used the headphone through the remote and loved the feature when she is watching a series. Up to date no issues has arise with 9 month ownership.

The Roku Ultra 4K is great streaming device. The interface is quick and responsive. The on screen menus are easy to navigate and move without constant loading. It also fits nicely behind a mounted TV so you do not see any wires. The remote being Bluetooth is another plus as it doesn’t need line of sight like IR.

We finally cut the cable and went all streaming. I needed a solution for several TV's in my house, and it needed to be similar for ease of learning for some less technical adapt in my household. It took just a few minutes to set each one up and are good to go out of the box. Pleased with purchase.

The hardware is great, excellent pictures quality, support for HDR standards, wired network. Remote can be a little finicky, but gets the job done. But, the constant battles between Roku and content providers is getting old. No access to HBO Max or Peacock. I should note I'm not blaming Roku here, this is old school TV networks who want their old school carriage deals and that's not how any of this is supposed to work here in the 'future'. That said, not having access to some content does diminish the value of the device.

I am partial to Roku streaming devices. Have been using them for a while now and I have tried others but keep coming back to using Roku devices. Phone app is nice too when remote is not handy. Picture quality is great and run into fewer streaming lags and buffering than other devices I have tried.

Tired of paying cable bill and purchased a tv with Roku already on it. Enjoyed what Roku offered so purchased this for other tv without it. Added my previous account information and everything came over to this device. Didn't think we would use the voice command from the remote, but we use it all the time to search movies.

Been using for about a month. Works great! Interface is very nice. Used Netflix, Amazon, Youtube and they work without any issues. Only wishlist is the remote. Wish it had a backlight, and a Stop function. It only has Pause. But overall, am satisfied with my purchase. And curbside pickup at Best Buy was excellent.

Easy, comfortable interface. No problems or lags.
