Way better then the roku premiere, love the fact that I can use ethernet and if I need to go wireless I have the option to use the 5ghz wifi band. It has a find my remote if you happen to misplace it. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We love our Roku 3, but when we went to get one for my Dad’s birthday we discovered they no longer make that model. This Ultra was great. It was very easy to install and great to use. My Dad turned 75 and is stuck inside right now-so this was perfect.

This is so far the best item I bought during the thanksgiving according to my wife :) We have a Sony 900F and the remote is not as friendly as this. This is also a good workaround for people who have Hue Sync and who wants to watch TFC (The Filipino Channel)

The Roku is like a Firestick on steroids. Connects via ethernet, no buffering! Watch local TV channels and Netflix. Able to record shows on Spectrum Cable. Displays 4K shows with no problem. Liked it so much I bought 3 of them (1 for each HDTV).

I've got a late model Samsung 75" TV. I also went to Spectrum Internet TV, but their app didn't work properly with Spectrum. So, I bought the Roku Ultra. Spectrum works perfectly on the Roku and seems much quicker. It has been a good choice for me.

Refreshing after upgrading from a firetv stock. It is fast, doesn’t buffer/skip, and acts perfectly. Wide selection of apps. Has ethernet option which makes it nice to not rely on WiFi as well.

Great for perfect streaming on 4 K set - have multiple sports subscriptions for international sport and have added a micro SD, so app loading is instantaneous. The JBL ear buds supplied are great and allow private listening (when wife us asleep)

Got rid of cable and went to the Roku Ultra. Best decision ever. Went from $215 a month for cable down to $0 with the Roku. Do it! You'll be glad you did! Also, extremely easy to set up. Make sure you have a newer tv though or it may not work.

No doubt the best device for streaming. Easy to set up and easy to use. Option for headphones that connect to the remote allows for late night viewing without disturbing my wife. Provided earbuds are not my ideal but you can swap for your own.

We ditched cable tv and just get cable internet. We subscribed to a few fee products such as netflix, youtubetv , and britbox all through Roku and have had a easy tome setting them up. I should have invested in Roku sooner. Very pleased with the product.

I bought this unit because of the ethernet plug. I use it with a powerline adapter. I have been very happy with the performance and ease of set up and use. Also enjoy having a remote with not only volume control but also a mute button.

This is our second Roku. We purchased this newest model for the “mute” option on the remote. Other than that, all the great features we’ve been enjoying. The first Roku, still working fine, is now used with the kitchen TV.

I upgraded from an older Roku. I love the platform so I figured why not get the top of the line. Everything loads super fast, as expected. What surprised me was how good the included headphones are. I'd say they could easily retail for $20, if not more.

I like this for streaming so much I bought one for every TV in the house. It’s well built and intuitive. I also have a TiVo, Xbox One X, Amazon Fire stick, a smart TV, and Apple TV and Roku is what everyone in the family prefers.

We have had a number of Roku devices through the years. So far this has been the best one yet. It’s very quick and responsive. The biggest plus is the remote has a power button that turns the Tv power on/off. Not to mention it plays the AppleTv app.

This is by far the best media player available. It has a USB port to play your own media. It also has a remote finder feature and you can stream the audio directly to the remote and not disturb the house. Best purchase I've done in a long time!

Yeah, a few years ago, Roku wasn't really on the radar. It was TV apps, or Apple TV. Then the Firestick and FireTV. All of a sudden, Roku forged ahead, partnered with TCL, and were somebody! Not only is Roku awesome by itself, it works great with Control4, and universal remotes as well. With Control4, all of your apps show up on your interfaces (phone, tablet, touchscreens, remotes, etc.), so you can go directly to the app. It works flawlessly with the network driver. If you just want to hook it up to your TV and use the remote it comes with, that works well too, unlike the swipe style remote from Apple. All in all, worth every cent, and then some...

Great streaming device. Reasonably easy setup and easy to use. Voice remote does not work inside Xfinity streaming app and no keypad to jump to certain channel. Still, good value, especially when picked up for half price on Black Friday special.

Bought this as I also bought 4k tv from Best Buy. Easy to set up and personalaly I think Roku is better than amazon fire stick as it seems to have more apps. Also since I have spectrum roku has spectrum and firestick does not. Highly recommended
