So far this product has been great! No issues what’s so ever and is fast no lagging. Really like the lost remote feature to make it really easy to find the remote considering my kids lose is all the time!!!! Will definitely recommend this product.

Bought this version to replace a much older Roku after upgrading to a faster internet speed. This item works exactly as expected and viewing shows/movies there aren’t any lags. As much as I usually dread upgrading tech this was definitely worth it.

This was easy to set up & I am very happy with the number of channels (free) that I get as well. I was able to cut off the cable to my TV's upstairs & still get my local news & weather. This is my first step towards "cutting the cable" !!!

Very easy to set up and use. There were criticisms of the interface (the menu screen) that it was bland and boring but it made it easy to use. So far no negatives. I researched the streaming devices and chose this one and I don’t regret it.

I have 2 Roku's. They're an excellent buy. You will not regret your purchase. The only issue, is that the battery life for the Roku remote don't last. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. It connects easily and has many apps. I had to replace my husband Apple TV being that his did not offer Amazon streaming app. He loves it.

I used to use AppleTV, but I hated the remote and how sensitive it was to the slightest touch. I bought this when Apple TV content was available on the Roku. This remote is way easier for me to use and there is so much content/apps available.

I recommend ROKU for anyone not used to smart TVs. Much easier interface compared to android builds. The Ultra 4K is a nice upgrade for those that lose their remotes. Only down side is having to install a micro Sd card to expand the memory.

Bought this for the family primarily to watch Disney+ but we use it for so much more. I like the ability to talk to the device and it brings up exactly the show you want. Haven’t used the nice JBL earbuds, included with the unit.

I my grandkids could not watch their Netflex programs without bringing their fire stick. When I went to Best Buy they were out of Firesticks. So I got the more expensive Roku because the sale person told me with a chip I could save programs and get rid of my Xfinity box and save some money. I have yet to master that aspect of replacing Xfinity but I hope to get to the before long. Meanwhile Roku has expanded my viewing and shown me more ways to see programing that I can selected. I am not a fan of violence or so much of the kill, kill, kill entertainment. Roku has helped me find better viewing options and I believe will save me money.

We switched to Roku and find that it is less expensive than Comcast. We purchased three Roku - Ultra 4K Streaming MediPlayer with JBL Headphones and Enhanced Voice Remotes from Best Buy. The kids use the headphones. Overall, we like Roku better than Comcast. I say overall because there have been a couple of times we have had to unplug the Roku and plug it back in to make it work correctly.

My Son bought one then bought one for me and all the options you have to be able to watch a movie is incredible. So easy to set up and easy to navigate. Recommend to anyone who loves streaming and doesn't want to pay the money for each one.

Installed in my kid's bedroom and they love it! Was easy to set up and get it going. My 4 year old knows how to navigate it. Like it better than my FireStick. I'm going to have to put these for all the tv's in the house.

Replaced a no-longer supported Roku 2 with this Roku Ultra. Delivers a great Ultra 4K picture and sound. Voice command is great. Headphones for private listening are awesome. Remote also controls soundbar and can turn off the tv as well.

I have owned both Roku 3 and Roku Ultra and they are both great steaming devices. I noticed that Roku Uktra is faster than its previous model. I also have owned Apple TV devices and I like Roku better because of its versatility.

The Smart TVs are good, but they do not have all the channels Streaming TV has to offer. With the Roku Ultra 4K there are more than I can ever watch. The personal shortcut buttons and lost remote finder are great to have.

Roku 4k altra good dives but a little buggy make sure u get geek squad warranty my device got a little screw up of 1 month of use .it keep saying hdcp 2.2 not supported when my Sony TV is only two years old and is hdcp 2.2 supported.so i got a new one i haven't got the issue thanks good. If gets screwed up again I will get shield Nvidia I heard it's really good price but batter than 4k altra

Roku really is a good product, particularly if your TV is not already "smart", but even as an upgrade for previously "smart" TVs that continue to have good picture quality, but whose smart platforms are slow and/or out of date.

I love the headphones feature, I can finally sleep at night. My husband watches tv every night and the noise won't let me sleep, now that I purchased this item he has more variety of channels (including Disney+) and I can finally sleep.

We love this Roku streaming device. I got it on Black Friday for about $50. This roku devices work faster than any android tv. Android tv’s are slow And crashes a lot, Roku devices are very reliable And have not issues at all.

Have been using this unit for several months. Great streaming unit with nice features. Only complaint is that when using the headphones, it seems to drain the batteries in the remote pretty quickly.
