We have never had a device like this before. So many options to choose from. We were surprised how easy it was to download other streaming. We’re seniors and not real savvy about tech things but we really like our Roku!

Roku has made a nice upgrade with the new ultra media player. The new remote has added two programmable buttons and a mute button which are nice features. Roku continues to offer the best media player at a reasonable price.

You can beat the price and quality of Roku. This is the 3rd one we’ve owned and love them all. It works so much better than the Fire Stick and you can operate it from your smart phone if you misplace your remote. Love Roku!!

Really good streaming device. Much quicker than our smart tv. This version has an RJ45 port for wired networking which seems to be more reliable than wireless connection. Very happy with this device and Roku in general.

This is the 3rd Roku Ultra that I have purchased. It is actually a gift for a relative. I have 2 previous ones that work great. The relative asked me for a suggestion and I purchased this for them. They will be happy.

I have this unit directly wired onto my network. The unit really performs well and provides an extremely clear picture. I am very satisfied with this streamer. Currently using it with Hulu and Netflix with no problems.

Loved my old Roku, but this new Roku is fantastic. All of the interfaces with streaming services look different and contain way more information than what was available on the old box. Very pleased with this purchase.

Love the fact that I can get all my services through one box now, and even access to a lot of free channels, although most of those are just plain garbage. But, nobody's forcing me to watch them and I nothing I want it missing. There are a couple of complaints worth mentioning. First, Roku isn't doing enough to standardize the way channels (which are actualy Roku apps), operate. From one channel to another the remote buttons don't do the same things. You have to memorize all the different ways the remote works for different channels. That's just ridiculous. They should all work the same so we don't need rethink how the remote works every time we switch apps. Second, aspect ratios are all over the place. Some you cannot fix. I understand this is not a Roku exclusive issue. It's an industry wide issue but it's maddening. My screen is only 24 inches. When a show is letterboxed inside that the effective screen use is shrunk as low as 10 inches. That's just stupid. If you're on Xfinity, you can usually deal with the above issue by looking for alternate channels playing the same network. Usually the higher duplicates will be using the entire screen. There are still some though, that are letterboxed no matter which one you choose. It often depends on the show too. Whatever. I can live with it. And now I can return the Xfinity satelite box and quit paying $7 a month for it.

I love the Roku Ultra. I have two in my home and I bought this one for my mother-in-law and she loves hers as well. The Roku is very user friendly and bolsters the streaming experience. I highly recommend!

Remote is a good size and easy to operate. Roku on-screen menu format is easier to navigate than the Apple boxes we own. The more you use the earbuds, the faster you go thru AA batteries, but well worth it for the feature.

I love the Roku Ultra! My wife works from home and I was previously unable to watch TV or listen to music while she was working. Now, I can do so with the earbuds that plug into the Roku remote control. It's great!

This unit is faster and loads quicker than my Roku express models. The only issue I have is with it's compatibility with Hulu. It doesn't always load Hulu, I will have to back all the way out and keep trying to get it to load. Not internet connection Philo and other apps load fine. Also, when there is a commercial break the screen format will sometimes change to a zoomed in picture.

Easy to set up,plenty of options ,depending on your needs..Working well withe the 4K TV.

Love the ability to plug my headphones into the remote and the other improvements they made to Roku. Too bad the quick access buttons were configurable, but hopefully, they'll keep work on improving the remote.

Roku does it again, with the Ultra 4K streaming media player. This is our second Roku, and we replaced our 'obsolete' Apple TV with this device. The main reason was that our Apple TV would not allow us to add the Disney+ app to the device, as it was too old. Still worked fine, but too old. The first Roku we purchased (Roku 3) is still doing yeoman's work in our bedroom, so we are pleased with the device and the company! Get one (or two, or three) for your family! (Note, my televisions are not 4K, so I cannot speak to the video quality, but the streaming works very well, and is extremely fast.) I am pleased.

We decided to cut the cord and try streaming tv instead, so far so good. The Roku works great and was easy to setup. No problem streaming using hi speed wifi connection. I get 4k without having to hardwire my internet connection.

Have not played with the 4K aspect of it yet. Mainly bought to replace an old Roku because the sale price was amazing. Live the headphone port on the remote so I can watch with headphones late at night and not wake anyone up.

Although I ended up buying directly from Roku since they had a sale, Best Buy was amazing in offering a return. And the Roku Ultra is perfect! Love the Roku OS and seamless interface and playback. Highly recommend

This is exactly what i was looking for. the price was right, battery life is excellent, nice and smooth to use. I would recommend this to everyone that needs one. Bestbuy you rock once again, great prices and great service.
