I've tried all the other streaming interfaces and they all work for their intended purpose but all lean in a certain direction. Roku seems to be the most neutral and has all the best features of other options combined into one.

I purchased this device for my mother and she was able to setup the device and use it with minimal difficulty. Highly recommended as a replacement for cable boxes to avoid monthly rental fees from your cable service provider.

Purchased it a month ago. Was very easy to set up. It's for my daughter and her daughter. They love it. Quality of pic is great and are able to hear their music app as well. I feel it was a great buy.

This is my third purchase of the Roku Ultra 4K. The device is so easy to setup and use right a way. The remote is responsive and love that you can also use the app on your mobile devices as well. Great device!

Roku Ultra 4k has every app you need to detach from cable tv and make the move to internet streaming services. I would say this is a few notches below the Nvidia Shield TV in terms of power and speed but for the price it's expected. I mainly use it to stream youtube tv, netflix and movies off a usb thumbdrive. Comes with a very good remote with voice commands for search and running apps.

Worked our way up the Roku devices. A few years ago we upgraded to the ultra. Never regretted it. There are cheaper Roku devices but this one is fast loading, easy to use, and can make a mediocre TV look better.

We own multiple devices and have since picked up more for our beach house. These are great for streaming nearly every service imaginable. They are also capable of device mirroring from your cell phone or other device. Perfect 4k quality with a 4k TV and amazing quality with any HDTV. You can download the app and use your phone as a remote and even use your phone and a headset for private listening. I HIGHLY recommend this device for seasonal rental properties as well. It has the ability to be put into "Guest Mode" which saves the owners setting and makes the unobtainable by guests. It then gives the guests the ability to login to their own services and input a "Check Out" date to log them out. All in all this device is wonderful and I would highly recommend it.

We are amazed at how much we can choose from to watch with this! Our picture is excellent! We both noticed how much clearer and beautiful it is. We are so happy we got this and no longer have a cable bill!!

Speedier as far as menu changes and opening apps. Wireless is excellent...no buffering thus far with huge Plex files out of network. Having one remote now for the television volume and on/off is definitely a plus.

The Roku - Ultra was easy to install. It also is easy to use. We were pleased that we could navigate the various functions without relying on directions.

I only use this connected by ethernet cable to my cable modem, so I don't know how the connectivity to wifi would behave. As I am using it, it is lightning fast. Also, it provides a superb image quality.

The ROKU Ultra 4K media player was an excellent choice. It was easy to set up and use. The design and features were very good. The remote control features made streaming navigation fast and user friendly.

Purchased for a spare room TV. Perfect solution to no cable hookup in the room and wanting to still be able to watch streaming content. Easy setup and wifi connection. All channels easy to login and stream.

With Disney+ streaming on the Chromecast having issues disconnecting after a while, this was the obvious choice for upgrading and having access to all the streaming services. Liked it so much we got another for the bedroom.

Great streaming device, love the private listening earphones, and more! Just wish it was on sale more often. $99 is just too much. The remote and such are worth it. Picked this up for $50 on sale and it was totally a steal!

We got a new Roku TV and loved it so much we got this for the other TV and cut the cable all together. Love the way Roku works. One remote, easy-peasy. On sale plus points from the tv purchase made this an easy choice!

I love the Roku ultra I've had it for 3 months and i love how easy and simple it is to navigate. I personally haven't had a single issue with it and i use it just about every single day, i highly recommend this product.

It’s very user-friendly. The voice activation makes it extremely easy to find shows you want to watch. Takes the place of the TV remote and accidentally necessary to have one remote instead of looking for multiple ones.

This is great. Very easy to set up. No complaints on the video quality or sound. The remote also controls the tv. Definitely worth the upgrade from our old Roku XS. Especially if you can catch this at Black Friday prices.
