Easy to setup and use. Very user friendly and love the interface. Only complaint is no numbers on the remote. There is no way to punch numbers in to go to a specific channel or when navigating the guide.

A nice surprise in the Roku universe is that when fast forwarding in video streaming apps, a box shows a preview of the video as you fast forward or rewind. That's a huge improvement over the Fire Stick. Even though the user interface isn't as slick as the Fire Stick, it's more straight forward and easier to navigate which is also an improvement. I haven't noticed the improvement of the additional SD card I installed. I suppose it helps in holding "channel" information, but I can't tell. I understood before buying the Ultra that the SD card doesn't serve as info/video storage for the user. So I'm not disappointed over that. I just can't really tell whether it's an improvement over any other streaming device that lacks that option.

Really enjoy having the convenience of all the streaming services so easily available. Easy to navigate. Just wish the sound control was not where you normally put your thumb when using with the left hand.

Bought the Roku for an older TV and setup was a snap. Saving $100 a month by not having cable TV any longer. There are many alternatives available, many free or very low priced and you don't lose channels like cable.

I have owned every generarion of roku devices and this is the best. The improved remotemakes it worth the price with the new power button that allows one remot to control the power and volume of the receiver and tv.

Needed streaming player in order to be able to watch Hulu. Hulu dropped support from my blue ray player where I used to watch it. This is an excellent streaming device and really easy to use. Great menu setup.

Easy to install, user friendly, Streaming with Roku and voice remote works great. I don't use the headphones but my husband likes them as we have two tvs close in the family room and living room fighting sound.

The Ultra was an significant upgrade over my older roku. The interface is much improved and loads quickly. Navigating is a breeze and the voice feature works very well. I am very happy with this purchase.

I replaced an older Roku which is now installed in our spare bedroom. This new Roku was easy to set up and use. We stream Disney + and Netflix almost every day. It a real joy when electronics just works as expected.

Instructions to install clear and concise easy to understand. Learning the device , and accessing the functions , without difficulty or frustration . Eventually plan to cut the cable completely ..

We have really been enjoying our Roku. Being able to speak your request/search into the remote is a nice feature. Our only complaint is that the remote sometimes doesn't connect. We learned if we just take the batteries out and put them back in, that works to reboot it. It does seem burn through batteries a lot (takes 2 AA batteries).

I have two of them. I use one in my living room and one in my bedroom. Works without hassle. Have them hardwired to my router and they work wonderful. I recommend this item over all other streaming devices

Got this because my smart tv didn’t have a Disney+ app. I wish I had got one sooner. I like the roku menu and remote and having all the streaming apps that I use all in one place. Set up was easy too. Can’t go wrong.

Wow, should have purchased and used this sooner! Would have saved a lot of money and headaches from a certain cable provider that I now do not use for programing. This works like a charm!

The best decision I've made. I bought it to get a couple of streaming services, but I'm amazed at all of the free services that are available with this box. Picture and sound are indistinguishable from cable.

Plays just about everything you can imagine in 4K (if supported). Being able to hard wire this to the router is clutch to keep those consistent steaming speeds since Wi-Fi isn't always 100% reliable.

This was perfect for cutting cable. Easy to use. I like being able to use headphones while watching. I wish I could customize all the short cut buttons but I do like that I can at least customize two of them.

This is noticeably smoother than the stick +. Also the remote finder is nice. This also seemed to have a slightly better/more consistent picture than the stick +. This supports Dolby Atmos where as the sticks do not.

Safe 10 bucks a month from cable. You can put in a micro sd card so that everything loads very Quickly and talk into it to bring up shows. If you have ethernet just plug it in as an option or wifi including AC. Did I mention you can push a button and find your remote? And it is not line of site but RF. I love everything but the cost, about a $100. Vs $40 for the stick.

Love the Roku Ultra. Bue bye Cox! It has two additional buttons that allows for favorite stations or streaming services like You Tube TV, Amazon Video, etc. Easy to navigate and find what you want to watch.
