The Roku control works so much better than our previous cable box/remote control and we eliminated the related $8.00 per month cable charge for their box.

The improvements made to the roku are so nice I need to express how much I love the remote integration with TV power and the voice control. Makes life so much easier!

This a nice upgrade over my 2016 model. Load times for all my apps is much faster and the video quality has improved (depending on the streaming service). Registration was quick and getting paired again with my streaming services was easy. The remote is very similar to the previous model so there is minimal learning curve and it seems to be a bit more solidly built with crisp tactile response on the buttons.

Had an older Roku and this one is even better than before!!! It transferred over all my channels for me and the remote is more user friendly.

Love this ROKU, It is 4k and the only streaming device that I will use. I have 4 of them. 1 for each room and we use them daily since we cancelled our cable.

I got this Roku mainly to stream Disney plus. It works flawlessly, and my grandson loves all the Disney content. Other Roku content will be reviewed as it gets used.

Easy to install and set. Operation is simple. Selections are amazing! I should have pumped the satellite dish a long time ago. Highly recommend.

Had the predecessor, and when it was time to upgrade, it was a no brainer. Add in the fact that it now can control a TV in addition to the box, and it is fantastic.

This updated version of the Roku Ultra is great. There is a noticeable improvement in performance, apps load in half the time or less. The only feature missing is Dolby Vision output. HDR10 is there but all the competitors have Dolby Vision. Lack of Dolby Vision is why only four stars.

I have been a Roku user for four years and thankfully they are reasonably priced product and easy to upgrade when possible. The good of this Roku Ultra is that it is much faster then previous models meaning processor and the JBL headphones are good as well as the remote with the same easy UI as Roku has always been known for. But the things I hope Roku does for their future models is 1 please Roku put an Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 jack this is MUST to reduce buffering times as this model is 10/100 Ethernet. 2 please put Wi-Fi 6 as this model is still Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6 is the future and 3 Dolby!!!!! the top model should always have this but it doesn't.

Using it for my new Samsung TV& it works perfectly as expected and very fast in processing your requests. Value for money got it in thanksgiving sale for $49.99

The ROKU - Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player with JBL Headphones and Enhanced Voice Remote has changed my television viewing habits and costs. It allows me to access so many different programs and stream live programs that I finally "cut the cable". The ROKU has performed flawlessly in pulling in a wide variety of programming. The only glitch is a loose connection in the plug for the JBL Headphones which causes the sound to cut out occasionally. All in all a very satisfying buy from Best Buy.

I am very happy with this Roku streaming device. The JBL headphones work and sound great. The setup was easy and the remote is very user friendly.

Intelligent design, good ergonomics, easy installation. I have a hardwire network installation and the RuKu located the connection first time. The only issue I have is that I'm still using DISH and when I want to go from RuKu back to DISH I have found no way to do it other than to shut down TV/RuKu and restart DISH DVR and TV and I may have to repeat that twice. There is information on the internet about using the system function in RuKu but the instructions on RuKu site are not applicable for this version. When I cut the cable completely this will not be a issue.
