love the Roku to stream our favorite TV and movies. Easy to install, and the pictures are bright and clear. Have had no problems with it..It's great!!

You want a streaming box go with Roku. I’ve tried them all. Plus it’s the only one that has the. Xfinity app. Save on renting a box.

Easy to install. I set mine up w an Ethernet cable. I’d never had a streaming device before this one, so our tv options feel super luxurious now!

Simple to use. Paired with xfinity, I get all my channels wireless and don't have to pay Comcast ridiculous fees for a converter box.

I tried to see what it was about and figured out the Amazon Fire Cube and 4K Stick were best for me. Nothing wrong, just personal preference.

Arrived and was setup within 10 minutes with all the apps I wanted. Hulu, Amazon Prime, Sling, SiriusXM, etc. are all running. Great device.

To early from everything I’ve seen so far it looks like i might finally able to cut the cord which feels great by buying Roku from Best Buy

I upgraded from a Roku Premier because I wanted the Ethernet connection. The headphones are really nice also. Very happy with this purchase.

Easy to use. Will also provide guide for Spectrum if still using cable service but you don’t w as not to pay for a receiver on a monthly basis.

We are new cable cutters and chose the Roku platform for streaming. We have 6 TVs that we needed devices for and chose the Roku Ultra for the main TV that we use the most. We chose it because it has an ethernet port that allowed me for plug it in and take some volume off of the wifi network. We both tend to surf our phones and iPads while watching TV. The Roku Ultra has performed great. The customizable menu works well for use. We even like the aquarium screensaver. Sometimes we leave it up just to watch the fish swimming by :)

Roku is great, I dumped cable years ago and I'm glad I did. There are so many apps you can get for free Plus Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

This device gives you the complete Roku experience outside of a Roku TV. I can't say there's any significant downside to it. It has probably the highest quality and most functional remote I've gotten in my memory. Aspects like voice commands and private listening are just amazing. The pre-programmed buttons are kind of a waste of space, but I won't deduct from my ratings for that. I also don't like that Roku still doesn't have apps for PeacockTV and HBOMax, but that's not the fault of the device. (I got a ChromeCast to watch Peacock.)

Cant beat this item when on sale. It's easy to use. Looks better than the Roku Stick that I got. Only down side is that 4k looks no better than 1080P. With that said, it might be the services that are not streaming real 4k quality. Will have to see if it improves. Also no Dolby Vision.

Lots of nice features that Roku 3 doesn't have...voice commands & you don't need line of sight to have functionality...change volume & channels

We had our other Roku for many years and had zero issues. Just upgraded to the new version. I love being able to use headphones with it.

I'm so glad I got this Roku. I can watch alot of my favorite movies. It was simple to set up. The sale price was excellent. Thank you Best buy.

My older son loves his Ultra 4K device, and this second one is a gift for our younger son. It works great and easy to get up and running. We also have a Roku stick which is good for travel because it’s compact, but the stick can be tricky to use with the position of the HDMI ports on some TVs as the remote connection is sometimes blocked unless we use a Roku extender. This Ultra device can be positioned more easily where the remote can connect without obstruction and don’t need an extender. You cannot go wrong with device.

I have switched my house from Apple TV to Roku. They keep it simple with all the power, clear picture and options as Apple TV. Great product

This is my second roku ultra I have purchased they both work great! Have had bad experience with the regular roku sticks in past they just quit working

Very nice device for my daughter's room. We got rid of our cable tv and she is still enjoying watching some of her favorite shows.
