I'm pleased with this purchase. It works well streaming services that we like. We use it for Netflix, Disney+,Hulu, and even our comcast service.

I have switched my house from Apple TV to Roku. They keep it simple with all the power, clear picture and options as Apple TV. Great product

This product fully satisfied our needs, and exceeded our expectations. The remote paired with our tv so we don’t need 2 remotes now. Perfect control.

My older son loves his Ultra 4K device, and this second one is a gift for our younger son. It works great and easy to get up and running. We also have a Roku stick which is good for travel because it’s compact, but the stick can be tricky to use with the position of the HDMI ports on some TVs as the remote connection is sometimes blocked unless we use a Roku extender. This Ultra device can be positioned more easily where the remote can connect without obstruction and don’t need an extender. You cannot go wrong with device.

I have 4 of these and 3 apple4k tvs ,hardly ever use the apples because the remotes suck, love the roku remote.the price is way better than the apples

Finally got rid of cable and Roku was a great choice. It was super easy to set up and works great for our family. We should have done this sooner.

This unit is so much better than the one we had before! The remote is way better and has some great features that make things much easier.

This is my second Roku box. I upgraded from Roku 3. I am now preparing to cut the cable on my Cable TV and just use the roku box and an antennna.

I just got this as my 4th roku and even now many years later from my previous roku's the remote compatibility is just awful. Have a new projector? Not supported.. have a brand new sound bar? Not supported.. Why have a power button if it doesn't work, and why have volume buttons that aren't compatible with much? This is a top tier model with higher end capabilities, it shouldn't be that unusual that some of these people have sound systems or projectors. My projector even supports CEC yet its not compatible with this new Roku. A simple universal remote control can do all that.. So I have to buy another $20 device Best Buy sells that slaps onto my roku remote and use the volume/power buttons on that. Im in good shape now, but my remote is thick and clunky now and I have to explain to family not to use the roku remote buttons. Other reviews touch on the other awesomeness of the roku experience - I agree with them there, I just didnt see many mentioning the remote limitations.

Much better WiFi range than the streaming stick and faster! Get Comcast/Xfinitt stream bow on all Roku devices if you have Comcast cable

I really have enjoyed the ease in which this Roku allows me to keep all my channels organized in one place. Fast navigation and easy to use.

Been using Roku for years. Excellent reception on streaming channels....easy to set up and use. Easy to add more channels and set preferences

I know this is the most expensive of the Roku options, but it has features that make this the one to get if you can afford it. The main advantages are 1- it's always on - you don't have to wait for it to boot up each time you turn on your TV, 2 - it has a wired network port that allows you to maintain the fastest download speeds possible through your internet connection and 3 - it has a micro SD card slot to help the unit process your channels faster. So if you have the option to purchase this version, it's great value for money!

Very nice device for my daughter's room. We got rid of our cable tv and she is still enjoying watching some of her favorite shows.

Product was easy to set. Easy to use. Best version of Roku. May need to change the enhanced voice feature, as it only is for search purposes.

you say the name of the movie into the device and it gives you a list of services where you can watch it along with the costs. So helpful.

This is the only remote my wife can figure out. So simple and ear buds lets you watch TV till 3 in the morning without her complaining

I can’t believer it took me so long to get a Roku. The ultra has everything you need. Even serves as a cable box. What more could you ask for!

This is the second one I have owned. Bought this one for the porch tv that isn't smart. The first one I own does have trouble turning off the tv. Have to do it multiple times, This started about six months into owning it. Other than that one problem it works great and very easy to use.

Always love the Roku products and this one is no different. Super quick response time and I always love the headphones/headphone jack!
