I own several roku ultras, and this latest model has now most of what I wanted, including 2 programmable buttons (which I assigned to youtube and amazon prime), and a mute button below the volume control. Thank you roku! What is missing? A battery indicator. I use rechargable batteries, and find I need to recharge them about once a week, so it would be nice if they made it easier to see when it's time to do so. To see how much battery juice is left, you need to click: Home -> up -> right -> down -> right -> right. That's 6 clicks in the right sequence to display a vital number. And then return to whatever you were watching before. It would be great if roku would add a button on the remote to simply display on the tv screen the remaining charge percentage.

Roku is starting to lose my favor and is leading me to look at other platforms thanks to it's janky ecosystem and haunted remotes. At least once a week the remote will take a simple volume change and rewind the entire video I'm watching and silence or skyrocket the volume to deafening levels. New batteries, old batteries whonknows. The Roku needs rebooted at least twice a week, more so if you're prone to leaving an app open when turning the tv off as it'll screw up the resultion and lock up. I've got the remote code for rebooting the device memorized now. That being said, it's still my platform of choice, but as mentioned earlier I'm starting to look elsewhere for content delivery.

Used to be 100% Apple TV and now I absolutely prefer Roku, when they first started they felt cheap and 'less than', since Roku started their technology and integration have grown so immensely as a company. This device and player feels quality and incredible. They have ALL the channels I want besides HBO MAX, barely because of a haggling issue to gain the channel, I feel confident they'll obtain it. Recommend 10/10.

I’ve been using Roku a long time now. This one is very fast and the remote is really nice to use.

Great media player for streaming movies and tv programs. There are many free channels and I can subscribe to channels such as Hulu, Netflix, HBO, etc. if I want. I have high speed internet, > 100 gbs, but sometimes there's a delay in the stream, but that's not necessarily due to the Roku device. The only con is that it only streams at 100 gbs for ethernet. Wish Roku would upgrade their devices to 1G ethernet.

Works excellent and set up is so easy. This is my second Roku unit with Roku stick for one TV.

Must faster and more responsive than my previous Roku. The headphones are also a nice bonus.

I really like the Roku except that I have had it for only 4 weeks and had to change batteries in the remote twice. The batteries that came with it and new batteries I had. Can’t understand why this is happening.

Excellent picture quality and menu speed are noticeable when compared to other Roku products.

I really like Roku anyway, but it seems that each "new" person's remote can do more things.
