Gave myself a Cyber Monday treat - works great and easy to set up.

Excellent streamer. I have three Roku Steaming Sticks + and decided to try the Ultra. I like the ability to connect ethernet and a memory stick. The remote is slightly larger because it uses a larger battery which should give it better battery life. This remote feels more solid in my hand. I own two Amazon Fire Sticks but I think Roku is easier to use.

Hooked it up and works great.The headphones work very good also.

Got this on sale over Thanksgiving to replace an aging Roku 3 in the master bedroom. We also have a Roku Streaming Stick+ which works well but is wifi only. I wanted another hard wired device. I really like being able to control the TV power and volume with the Roku remote so I don't have to keep up with two remotes. The Ultra is a great value if you catch it on sale.

I have several Roku models in use and this by far is my favorite. I like that it boots faster and connects to Apps much faster than the other models. I didn’t think I would ever use the earphones that physically connects to the remote but it has come in handy when my wife doesn’t want to hear what I’m watching. I highly recommend this product.

Bought this so we could get rid of Comcast box. Well worth it

I needed a 4K streamer and at the Black Friday half price sale this was a no brainer. Now Roku has some limitations with some streaming services. It does not stream Dolby Vision, only HDR10. It does Dolby Atmos but not on Netflix. The big plus about Roku, it has about every app you can get, unlike TV and DVD player apps, which a very limited. There are other devices that will do Dolby Vision but can cost more and may have other issues. So do your research based on your need. I gave this an Excellent Value Rating based on the BF sale price. It is only an Average Rating based on it's regular retail price.

If I can do it anyone can. 79 years old and yes, I did install it myself with a minimum of frusration. I am finally ditching the hundreds of channels on DirecTv that I never watch. Got a Tablo and 32 local channels from my antenna WITH a guide. Downloaded Philo and for $20 a month I get 60 channels of all the good channels that satellite TV offers.

I like the fact that I now have just about all streaming services on one device. I love the headphones to be able to have private viewing and not mess with the rest of family. Nice feature. I have an Apple TV but this allows me to stream Xfinity and not pay for an extra box rental at Comcast.
