Appreciate the ethernet port. One flaw: the latest model has the mute button just below the volume rocker on the same side of the controller. Very inconvenient location as I am always accidently hitting the mute when I adjust the volume. Not a show-stopper, just annoying.

Great streaming device for non-tech savvy!

He had been using a laptop hooked up to the TV and an IR keyboard to navigate his streaming services, which he found complicated and a little clumsy. After I hooked this up and showed him how it works, that laptop was history. Another satisfied Roku customer.
