The Roku is fantastic! It turned our outdated LG into a brand new entertainment center. They also just added Xfinity so we can watch tv on it too! The quality is great and thought wireless might be slow but it's not. I highly recommend it!

I love my Roku. It allows me to look at so many movies for free. I'm able to add more apps to allow me to see more movies and tv programs. The is Roku is everything I thought it would be.

This is the simplest and most versatile streaming device on the market. The menus are simple and gorgeous. The only room for improvement IMO is on the remote. If they had a lcd display and ability to program a TV and sound at for say it would be awesome.

I've had the previous ultra model for a year and opted for this one because I needed one more roku. The updated features over last year include the mute button and the programmable channel buttons. Both are nice features and worth buying the new model.

This device has the strongest WiFi receiver than any of my smart TVs or my Amazon Fire streaming device. Smooth streaming, even on Disney+ (which is the reason I bought it) all the way in the basement of my house. I would highly recommend this device.

Reliable and well built. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the picture it produces is crisp.

We cut the cable box cord and saved a ton of money. What is great about this Roku is that I can connect it to my Ethernet cords ran throughout my house saving bandwidth on my wireless devices. I would highly Recommend this device.

I love this. The fact that I can watch TV with headphones and not disturb my husband is the most important factor for me choosing this. It was well worth the extra money I paid. I love the large variety of free apps offered as well.

This gives you hundreds of apps with full control of each app, especially the important ones like Netflix and amazon prime. Also the headphone feature is awesome for bedrooms and cleaning house with music servers coming through your headphones. Thanks

Makes TV watching Better We can not get cable and TV does not have Rocku built in. Husband watches all the available channels with this for the least amount of money and safest way. He enjoys his TV Programs each and every day

I purchased my Roku device on December 26th 2019: I love my new Roku Deluxe - Bye Bye Comcast Cable and those extremely high monthly bills. I get more enjoyment watching what I want to VS what they allow me to on any basic service they can offer me.

Vast improvement with the addition of Dolby Vision and Atmos sound ... The Roku is the best streamer on the market -- much better than competing Amazon and Google streamers, both of which I have which are not in the same league.

It's good for what it's intended. For some reason I thought that last years model had only a dual core CPU, so I upgraded to the 2019 model. I was hoping for something a little more powerful, but it works great with Logitech and Alexa so I'm good.

I'm a Roku fan, and this one has some nice feature - interesting (promoted) content and voice activation in the remote. The downside for me right now is what I think is a handshake problem with my Toshiba TV and Vizio sound bar. I often have to restart the system to get everything to communicate. I think there must be some order I should be starting things, but haven't quite figured it out yet. Once running, all is well.

I am very happy with my purchase, there are so many apps you could download and watch movies without spending a dime. One thing I like about this roku you could connect to an ethernet cable makes your internet connection more stable.

The Roku Ultra 4K Streamin Media Player is awesome. This is the 4th one I have purchased for TV's I own. I turned in all my cable boxes and only use these now. These will save you tons of rental fees with your cable company.

Roku is a very solid choice to an Apple 4K streaming device. I only gave it 4 stars because it has audio issue with my Samsung Q70 sound bar like audio completely cutting out on one tv and on our bedroom the audio stutters if it had been on sleep mode for a few days. I have to restart my Roku for it to stop, an issue that was not their before. Still a great choice for smart TVs that are out dated and or a none smart tv.

This is the second one I have purchased from best buy Both work perfectly and have replaced other brand units which had developed reception problems immediately after their purchase. I am very happy to reccomend this product

We had an older model many years old that finally died. Ultra is such an improvement and makes the viewing enjoyment and operation of our set much easier. Well worth the price and access it provides to a whole new world of viewing!

I had to purchase this because my NEW Samsung TV would not let me put Hallmark or Frndly on it. Also, I didn't like the user interface. So, I bought the Roku. I like searching by voice. It is great video quality and I am hooked!
