I have setup up at least 30 Roku's and this is by far the best one yet. It easily found the TV and with no trouble could power on and off the TV and control the volume. The TV was a Samsung that was at least 7 years old.

I added this to another TV because Samsung TV streaming apps suck. It functions only slightly better than the ROKU Streaming Stick+, the headphones are mediocre. Unless on sale buy the Stick instead.

This is my second Roku and the Ultra 4K model is a nice step up from the five-year-old unit I'd been using. Reliable, simple and intuitive design and the audio quality of the remote control input is nicely improved.

Super easy to set up and works great! When it is plugged into the Ethernet it is super fast. I haven't tried the wifi. It's great to have all my streaming channels on one platform with all my passwords.

We love Roku. Saving us a bunch of money over the previous monthly charges from the expensive carriers. Nearly 2 years now and we tell our friends about it.

I bought this for our bedroom tv That isn’t a smart tv and it works perfectly. I love the money we’re saving by not having to pay for expensive TV cable. There’s so so so much to watch out there that is free...

Same price as Amazon, but s lot faster. The Roku is great with voice command.

We bought this Roku ultra to replace an old Roku 1. Works way better than the old one but still has some issues. There are some channels on Roku that cannot be found on other streaming devices and those are the ones my husband wanted to watch. The new Roku is still not as streamlined and as user friendly as some of the other ones. The Amazon fire Devices seem to work more smoothly.

Love being able to connect it to ethernet, its so fast. The remote has some heft to it compared to the cheaper plastic feeling ones on other Roku devices. Catching it on sale was a plus for my home theater!

Does everything it should. No streamer can beat it for the sale price. The interface is zippy and unlike the Apple TV the remote doesn’t drive you nuts. Streams flawlessly in 4K. Plenty of streaming channels are available.

had to upgrade for dolby atmos. Had the roku 4 prior. Think the quality with roku has faded like all things electronic they started out great but just not real pleased with it. Spen a extra 100 and get a xbox one

I like the headphones feature, you could listen without bothering anyone.

Use this to stream content in a 2nd room in my house. Simple solution over WiFi that didn't require any wiring! Now I can watch all the same shows & movies, and stream music on both floors of my house. Great product.

This product is easy to use and I recommend if you want to save money.

Another great Roku product. Only a slight improvement over the previous Ultra, the programmable "1" and "2" buttons are a much welcomed addition! If your router is close by or can run Ethernet, the Ultra is the way to go!

Roku is the best. Love the ease in using this system. Comes preloaded with apps.... so easy to find new channels and connect to the tv and to the internet. Even a 5 year old can use it with ease.

Works pretty good except the remote locks up from time to time and I need to shutdown the box and pull the batteries out of the remote. Then restart the box, reinstall the batteries in the remote and press the link button. Happens maybe every two or three days. Not a deal breaker but kind of a pain.

Love the Roku Streaming player with JBL headphones and voice remote.. the headphones are perfect to use to block out noise of things going on around you and eliminate the sound when need to be quiet.

As mentioned above, content loads fast and the device was very easy to setup. Also, Best Buy was very helpful in assisting me with getting the device curb side just as our area was moving into shelter at home.
