we love this device. For those who have several streaming services, it is great to have everything all in one place. Easily access all your streaming platforms and access to dozens of FREE streaming apps as well.

So far it is working good. We like it much better than the old one.

Love the Roku streamers. I have four in our house. But, the smaller extreme we had on our downstairs TV had issues with a steady Wi-Fi signal. So I picked up this Roku and the Wi-Fi reception has been rock steady

We are cord cutters, got this for our 4K TV. WE are happy with this purchase

So many more features. No crashing like Applie TV. And box can go in a closet and still run my wall mounted tv... love the headset feature as well... and half the cost. This my 2 nd and I will be buying another

Roku is a great way to cut the cable as long as you don't record TV shows. My wife records network shows so she does that on the Tivo. I don't record anything so I use a Roku on the TV in the office.

Absoutley love this, espically in the bedroom. Being able to put thw headphones into the remote and listen to the ahows is amazing. Great quality all around. Love the xfinity stream app which is exclusive to roku.

Fantastic player it works great. Love the new remote, the video seems to more sharper than past Rokus. Been a roku user for a long time with roku HD, roku 2, roku 3 & 4 . You won't be disappointed with the Roku Ultra.

We purchased a Roku for our house. We purchased six units and had to return four of them for a upgraded system. The service was excellent and the ease of returning and getting new ones was an easy process.

Works great and easy to use the apps. Headphones work really well with remote.

After having it for a while the volume control doesn’t seem to work on the remote. And have to reset the unit at least once a month due to it freezing up. Some apps freeze, which could be the app and not Roku. Overall is a good product and happy with purchase. I had a Firestick and much happier with the platform on the Roku

Always loved the ROKU from the beginning, allowing any organization to have a voice on the Internet. However I didn't give it a five star rating because the mute button is on right where your hand is when picking up the remote, too often muting the sound and not realizing it, until catching on thinking something is wrong with the sound system.

Streaming sticks burnout after short time and also freeze possibly because they are plugged into back of tv. The streaming 4 media player can be hard wired with network cable or WiFi and is a lot more reliable.

Love it. Works great, doesn’t freeze up or overheat. Menu easy to navigate for the kids. Little too pricey though. Especially now that other companies sell similar device for half the price.

We switched from cable to OTA (over the air) TV. We use Roku to get some of the cable channels we watched a lot at a very small fraction of what cable TV cost without all those channela we never watched.

This has been a life saver for me when I travel. I had a few issues with the remote and the ROKU was able to resolve them for me very easily and efficient! Love the product

Best Buy had the product(s) I was needing and searching for. The ink is self explanatory. The new model of ROKU is amazing. I love the voice command feature which our older model did not have.

We have the previous Roku Ultra and it works fine except for periodically the remote seems to drop the connection. The so-called 'fix' on the boards is pull a battery out of the remote, wait a few seconds, then put it back in and it will reconnect. This happens some days as much as 3-5 times. So, I thought I'd try their new model. Same disconnect issue. Brought it back. :(
