Great device. One short coming compared to Apple TV is that if you want to stream your own movies from hard drive, the metadata (movie name, etc) doesn’t show up currently. I’m sure there is a workaround but still a pain.

Pretty much everything is here. There's Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime video, and more. There are also apps like Roku and Pluto where you can watch free content. Probably my favorite feature is the private listening where you plug in headphones to the remote.

This Roku unit works very well. It is quick and has a great WiFi connection even though it's two floors away from the router. It has the ability to control the TV's on/off function and volume. Just wish I would have purchased two while they were on sale!

Recently decided to cut the tv cord with Frontier and go with Hulu my old Roku boxes didn't support live tv streams and this new ultra does it also has and ethernet port so I can connect straight to the router. The voice activated remote works great.

Wanted to upgrade one of my older Roku devices to this newer one with 4K, setup was a breeze and everything transferred from one to the other in minutes. This Roku specifically can control the TV sound and power as well to eliminate multiple remotes!

Of all the streaming devices we tried Roku is by far the best, quality and value, and the Ultra has a great UI, high quality audio with optical output, and an awesome 4k picture! Such an upgrade from our older Roku. Recommend very highly!

Took a little longer to install than I thought, but this product is well worth it! Many different options to watch different programs are offered. It is a great product to add to your tv. I definitely would recommend this to a friend.

Had two of the standard Roku boxes before getting this one. Remote is more robust and this has the ability to connect to internet via ethernet plug-in for better speed and streaming reliability. Very happy. Also comes with a nice pair of headphones.

After some fiddling around I got the Roku Ultra operating. I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong but it didn't install as easily as I hoped. Being somewhat of a techie, my patience paid off and it works great! Love the programming I'm receiving.

Purchased same item with warranty previously but controller died after three months. Geek Squad warranty states must use manufacturer's warranty first, didn't catch that as I generally have not had failures in the past. Cost to get controller repaired exceeded cost to order new replacement controller. I have several of these to cover multiple rooms and one I use for travel. I like them and they do what I want and need.

This is an awesome little device. It has so many options and supports way more streaming services than the Fire Stick. It is easy to setup and navigate through. Great selections of FREE movies and TV shows. I will never pay for TV again.

Great picture, easy installation, and the earphones are awesome.

We bought this mainly because the Fire TV/Fire stick did not stream fast enough to have smooth viewing, especially when watching sports. It took care of that problem well. We went to these when we decided to stop the cable TV. No regrets, works well.

Just got my Roku set up. Love the overall selection of movies and shows to watch. Easy to use.

Note that Comcast is char going for equipment, we decided to turn it in and go with Roku. We can still acess our comcast lineup, on demand and dvr with the added benefit of all the free and pay subscriptions right on the same screen!

Grabbed this Roku for our living room TV. Overall, it is great for cord cutters and has a wide selection of streaming apps available. Just recently got DIsney + and I am satisfied with the quality and how responsive the Roku is.

This is the best Roku device we've had. The processing speed is fast enough that we've had no issues with buffering and the remote works through cabinets so we're able to hide the Roku itself. While the voice search is nice, it would be great if I could use it specifically for searching within a single app vs. the whole platform. Having a remote that opens to reveal a keyboard would also helpful for many applications.

I recently purchased a Roku ultra and I’m very pleased with the number of individual programming options. It also has apps that you can load that makes it more convenient to watch programming at any time. Easy to install and I highly recommend it.
